**Application Deadline:** September 29 (postmark date will be considered), applications must be submitted in person; late submissions will not be accepted.

**Application Documents:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not provide any additional proofs not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the above eligibility criteria, please do not submit an application. All ineligible applications will be rejected.
**Incomplete Submissions:** Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all materials before resubmitting.
