各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為鼓勵各界參與2050淨零轉型發展，提高公眾對近零碳建築與環境永續發展的關注及認識，內政部建築研究所將持續辦理「2026近零碳建築設計獎」競賽活動。本次競賽旨在激發建築設計產業及大專院校學生針對未來創新節能技術導入近零碳建築規劃設計的發想，鼓勵投入減碳技術工法之創新加值服務，並號召於建築空間場域結合節能新興技術應用之實例參賽，促進相關產學界共同邁向永續未來，擴大各界公私協力共同推動近零碳建築之發展。獲獎作品將評估納為參與2025年淨零城市展的參展項目。
本年度競賽分為「大專院校組」與「產業組」二組徵賽，競賽辦法已於115年6月30日公告，並開放網路報名。相關競賽主題、報名方式、參賽規則、競賽時程、競賽宣導說明會等詳細內容，請參考競賽辦法或競賽網站公告（www.nzebdesign.com）。
為了幫助參賽單位更加了解競賽的核心主軸，本次競賽將辦理競賽線上說明會，強化各組參賽單位對於近零碳建築的認知與想像。報名請至競賽網站辦理（https://reurl.cc/r0zAAy）。
1. 競賽說明會日期：7月21日(二)、7月24日(五)、7月29日(三)、7月31日(五)，共四天。
2. 競賽說明會時間：16:00至16:30。
3. 競賽說明會形式：Microsoft Teams 線上會議。
4. 競賽說明會對象：機關單位、建築師、設計師、大專院校師生、工程顧問、企業ESG 團隊等有意參賽者，均歡迎報名參加。
5. 競賽說明會費用：免費參加（需事先報名）。

Greeting to All Faculty Members, Staff, and Students:
To encourage participation in the 2050 net-zero transformation and to raise public awareness and understanding of near-zero carbon buildings and sustainable environmental development, the Building Research Institute of the Ministry of the Interior will continue to organize the "2026 Near-Zero Carbon Building Design Award" competition. This year's competition aims to inspire the architectural design industry and university students to develop innovative energy-saving technologies for near-zero carbon building planning and design. It encourages the integration of creative value-added services in carbon reduction techniques and calls for participation from real-world examples of energy-saving technologies applied in architectural spaces. The competition seeks to promote collaboration among industry and academia to move towards a sustainable future and to expand public and private partnerships in advancing near-zero carbon building development. Winning entries will be considered for inclusion as exhibits in the 2025 Net-Zero City Exhibition.
This year's competition is divided into two categories: the "University Group" and the "Industry Group." The competition guidelines were announced on June 30, 115, and online registration is now open. For detailed information regarding the competition theme, registration process, participation rules, competition schedule, and promotional seminars, please refer to the competition guidelines or the official competition website (www.nzebdesign.com).
To help participating units better understand the core focus of the competition, an online seminar will be held to enhance awareness and imagination of near-zero carbon buildings. Registration for the seminar can be completed through the competition website (https://reurl.cc/r0zAAy).
1. Seminar Dates: July 21 (Tuesday), July 24 (Friday), July 29 (Wednesday), and July 31 (Friday), totaling four days.
2. Seminar Time: 16:00 to 16:30.
3. Seminar Format: Online meeting via Microsoft Teams.
4. Seminar Participants: All interested parties, including government agencies, architects, designers, university faculty and students, engineering consultants, and corporate ESG teams, are welcome to register and attend.
5. Seminar Fees: Free participation (advance registration is required).
