服務利他是本校的辦學特色與校風，旨在鼓勵學生於在學期間積極參與校內外各項公益性服務活動，以培養濟世助人的胸襟。為系統性推動並整合全校志工服務，同時配合優良志工遴選作業期程，特公告辦理 114-2學期（115年2月1日至115年7月31日）志工服務時數登錄作業，本次登錄作業以 114-2學期參與之校外各項志願服務活動 為主，請同學於學期末前完成登錄，請參閱下方說明：
一、 本校學生於1114-2學期參與校外各項志願服務活動者，需檢附志工服務證明，其辦理方式：申請人得向所屬志工服務團隊申請個人志工服務證明，各志工服務團隊均有核實認證之責。
二、 檢附服務時數證明於115年07月31日(星期五)下班前以信件方式提供志工服務證明電子檔給服務學習組林書溦小姐(mail：shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw)，逾期不予協助時數登錄作業。
*自114-1學期11月起，本校服務學習組將針對持有衛生福利部志願服務紀錄冊之同學，凡於本校志工管理系統完成登錄並經核可之志願服務時數，將由服務學習組統一匯出至衛生福利部志願服務系統，以登錄於學生個人之志願服務系統中。

**Announcement: Volunteer Service Hour Registration for the 114-2 Semester**
The spirit of service and altruism is a hallmark of our university is educational philosophy and campus culture. We encourage students to actively participate in various public service activities, both on and off campus, during their studies to cultivate a compassionate mindset dedicated to helping others. To systematically promote and integrate volunteer services across the university, and in coordination with the schedule for the selection of outstanding volunteers, we hereby announce the volunteer service hour registration process for the 114-2 semester (February 1, 115, to July 31, 115). This registration will primarily focus on volunteer activities conducted off campus during the 114-2 semester. Students are requested to complete the registration before the end of the semester. Please refer to the following details:
1. Students who participated in off-campus volunteer activities during the 114-2 semester must submit a volunteer service certificate. The procedure is as follows: applicants may request a personal volunteer service certificate from their respective volunteer teams. Each volunteer team is responsible for verifying and certifying the authenticity of these documents.
2. Please submit the electronic version of your volunteer service certificate to Ms. Lin Shu-wei of the Service Learning Unit via email (shuwei@gms.tcu.edu.tw) by the end of the workday on July 31, 115 (Friday). Submissions received after this deadline will not be processed for hour registration.
*Starting from November of the 114-1 semester, the Service Learning Unit will unify the export of volunteer hours completed and approved in the university is volunteer management system to the Ministry of Health and Welfare is Volunteer Service System. This will ensure that all registered hours are recorded in the student is personal volunteer service account.
