你的一點時間，能成為偏鄉孩子翻轉未來的關鍵力量！ 偏鄉孩子常面臨家庭支持功能薄弱、差異化教學資源不足等困境，導致學習動機低落。誠致教育基金會推動「KIST 學伴志工計畫」，邀請大專院校學生及優秀校友加入線上伴讀的行列，透過每週固定的陪伴，激發孩子對英數學習的動機，攜手提升偏鄉小校學生的教育選擇權！

🌟 計畫四大亮點
•系統化增能培訓：提供英數教材教法、班級經營、非認知能力等專業培訓，助你輕鬆上手。
•每週線上伴讀：固定線上伴讀，並與學校現場老師密切合作，讓你的陪伴精準切合孩子需求。
•參訪實驗教育學校：親自走訪 KIST 體系學校，看見實驗教育的真實樣貌，與現場師生深度互動。
•探索影響力職涯：走訪多元 NPO（非營利組織）與地方創生據點，開拓具社會影響力的職涯新視界。
👥 招募對象與類別
•報名資格：全國大專院校學生及社會人士（校友），不限科系、領域皆可申請，能完整參與服務時間者優先錄取。
•志工服務類別（可依興趣與專長選擇）：
1.國中小英文悅讀學伴：透過線上伴讀Raz-Kids英語繪本，激發孩子對英文的學習興趣。
2.國中英文學伴：陪伴國中孩子準備會考，協助他們從C邁向B並持續往A靠近，讓未來更有選擇權。
3.國中數學學伴：陪伴國中孩子準備會考，攻克數學難關，攜手實現減C迎B的目標。

•線上招募說明會： 115 年 7 月 29 日（三）19:00 - 20:00（於 Google Meet 線上進行）
•計畫報名時間： 即日起至 115 年 8 月 9 日（日）23:59 止。

Your Valued Time Can Be the Key to Transforming the Future of Children in Remote Areas!
Children in remote areas often face challenges such as limited family support and insufficient access to differentiated educational resources, which can lead to a lack of motivation in their studies. The Tzu Chi Foundation's "KIST Buddy Volunteer Program" invites university students and outstanding alumni to join our online reading companionship initiative. Through regular weekly sessions, you will help inspire children's motivation in English and mathematics, working together to enhance their educational opportunities in small schools located in remote regions.
Regardless of your academic background or current field, if you have a willingness to accompany and support others, we warmly welcome your enthusiastic participation!
**Four Key Features of the Program**
- **Systematic Capacity Building Training:** We provide professional training in English and mathematics teaching methods, classroom management, and non-cognitive skills to help you get started with ease.
- **Weekly Online Reading Sessions:** Engage in regular online reading sessions and collaborate closely with on-site teachers to ensure your support is tailored to the children's needs.
- **Visits to Experimental Education Schools:** Visit KIST-affiliated schools to witness the realities of experimental education and interact deeply with teachers and students.
- **Exploration of Impactful Career Paths:** Explore visits to various NPOs (non-profit organizations) and local innovation hubs to broaden your perspective on careers with social impact.
**Eligibility and Volunteer Categories**
- **Eligibility:** Open to all university students and social individuals (alumni) nationwide. There are no restrictions on academic discipline or field. Priority will be given to those who can fully commit to the service duration.
- **Volunteer Service Categories (choose based on your interests and expertise):**
1. **Elementary and Junior High English Reading Buddy:** Accompany children in reading Raz-Kids English picture books online, fostering their interest in learning English.
2. **Junior High English Buddy:** Support junior high students in preparing for their English competency exams, helping them move from level C to B and continue striving for level A, thereby expanding their future choices.
3. **Junior High Math Buddy:** Assist junior high students in preparing for their math competency exams, helping them overcome mathematical challenges and achieve the goal of reducing C grades and moving towards B.
**Important Program Schedule**
- **Online Recruitment Information Session:** July 29, 2026 (Friday), 19:00 - 20:00 (via Google Meet)
- **Program Application Period:** From now until August 9, 2026 (Tuesday), 23:59.
