一、為促進非營利組織與社會企業管理領域之學術研究與實務交流，深化彼得．杜拉克管理思想於社會創新、領導管理及人工智慧科技應用之研究，本校訂2026年11月6日(星期五)於本校圖文大樓七樓國際會議廳舉辦「2026非營利組織與社會企業管理國際研討會-從杜拉克領導與創新思維出發」。
二、本研討會徵求理論研究與實務應用論文，徵稿主題包含：(一)社會企業、(二)非營利組織管理、(三)杜拉克的社會生態學與博雅管理、(四)AI科技應用等相關議題，歡迎國內外大專校院教師、研究人員、碩博士研究生及各界先進踴躍投稿。
三、本研討會重要期程如下： (一)論文長摘要截稿：2026年8月15日(採隨到隨審)。(二)論文全文定稿截止：2026年10月10日。 (三)報名及繳費截止：2026年10月20日。 (四)研討會舉辦日期：2026年11月6日。

To promote academic research and practical exchange in the field of non-profit organizations and social enterprise management, and to deepen the study of Peter Drucker's management philosophy in social innovation, leadership, and the application of artificial intelligence technology, our university will host the "2026 International Conference on Non-Profit Organizations and Social Enterprise Management: Insights from Drucker's Leadership and Innovation" on November 6, 2026 (Friday) at the International Conference Hall, 7th Floor, Library Building.
The conference invites submissions of theoretical research and practical application papers. The themes for submission include: (1) Social Enterprises, (2) Management of Non-Profit Organizations, (3) Drucker's Social Ecology and Liberal Management, and (4) Applications of AI Technology. We warmly welcome submissions from domestic and international university teachers, researchers, master's and doctoral students, as well as distinguished professionals from various sectors.
The important deadlines for the conference are as follows: (1) Deadline for submission of extended abstracts: August 15, 2026 (rolling review). (2) Deadline for submission of full papers: October 10, 2026. (3) Deadline for registration and payment: October 20, 2026. (4) Conference date: November 6, 2026.
