國家科學及技術委員會 -自即日起開始受理115年度專題研究計畫申覆，請於115年8月14日(星期五)前檢附相關申請文件並函送本會，逾期不予受理，請查照。

說明：
1.115年度專題研究計畫申請案，經審查未獲補助者，國科會已陸續發函通知；審查意見請逕登入國科會「學術研發服務網」，於「申請案(計畫主持人)」資料列中點選欲查閱之計畫名稱，進入「專題計畫資料」畫面，即可瀏覽「已開放」之審查意見資料。
2.115年度專題研究計畫得提出申覆之範圍，依本會下列公告函申請且未獲補助原因為「未獲推薦」者：
(一)114年11月3日科會綜字第1140078244A號函(專題研究計畫)
(二)114年11月3日科會綜字第1140078244B號函(特約研究計畫)
(三)114年11月3日科會綜字第1140078245B號函(優秀年輕學者計畫)
(四)114年11月7日科會文字第1140079822號函(人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫)
The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) will commence accepting appeals for the 115th Annual Special Research Projects as of today. Please submit the relevant application documents and forward them to this office by August 14, 2026 (Friday). Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted. Please take note.
Explanation: For the 115th Annual Special Research Project applications that were not granted funding, the MOST has been sending out notifications. Review the evaluation comments by logging into the MOST "Academic R&D Service Network," selecting the project name you wish to view under the "Application (Project Leader)" data column, and accessing the "Special Project Data" page. There, you can view the "Open" evaluation comments.
