一、為遴選傑出之青年海外志工服務團隊，鼓勵青年朋友展現多元創意服務內涵，以提供青年相互觀摩及經驗交流之學習平臺，爰訂定旨揭徵選活動。
二、旨揭徵選活動重點摘要如下：
(一)參加對象為本年赴海外從事志願服務達7日以上之團隊。
(二)徵選類別分為「需求評估及對應方案」、「服務成效與評估」、「團隊籌建與傳承延續」3類別。(三)評選方式：以「書面審查」及「現場簡報評選」二階段進行。
(四)獎勵方式：
1、特優：各類別3隊，每隊頒發獎金新臺幣（以下同）3萬元及所有團員獎狀1張。
2、優等：各類別數隊，每隊頒發獎金2萬元及所有團員獎狀1張。
(五)報名方式：請於教育部青年發展署官網下載並填寫活動相關報名表件，並於報名截止日前將紙本報名文件掛號郵寄至臺北市中正區徐州路5號14樓（教育部青年發展署國際及體驗學習組）。(六)活動期程：
１、報名收件時間：即日起至115年9月7日截止。
２、入圍團隊名單公布：預計9月下旬至10月上旬於教育部青年發展署官網（https://www.yda.gov.tw/）公布入圍名單。
３、簡報評選及得獎公布時間：預定於115年11月22日「青年海外志工績優團隊交流分享會」當天辦理簡報評選並公布結果予以表揚。
三、徵選活動簡章及相關訊息可至本署網站（https://www. yda.gov.tw/）「最新消息」查詢，請協助張貼並轉知符合參加條件之青年海外志工服務隊踴躍報名，本案聯絡人：陳誼芳（電話：02-77365526）。
To recognize outstanding youth overseas volunteer service teams and encourage young people to demonstrate creativity and innovation in international volunteer service, the Ministry of Education Youth Development Administration (YDA) has launched the Outstanding Youth Overseas Volunteer Service Team Selection. The program also aims to provide a platform for participating teams to exchange experiences and learn from one another.
Highlights of the Selection
1. Eligibility
Teams that have participated in overseas volunteer service for at least seven (7) days during 2026 are eligible to apply.
2. Award Categories
Applications will be evaluated under the following three categories:
-Needs Assessment and Responsive Service Planning
-Service Outcomes and Evaluation
-Team Development, Sustainability, and Knowledge Transfer
3. Evaluation Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
-Document Review
-On-site Presentation
4. Awards
Outstanding Award: Three teams will be selected in each category. Each winning team will receive:
-NT$30,000 cash prize
-A certificate for every team member
Excellent Award: Several teams will be selected in each category. Each winning team will receive:
-NT$20,000 cash prize
-A certificate for every team member
5. Application Procedure
Please download and complete the application forms from the Youth Development Administration (YDA) website. Submit the completed hard-copy application documents by registered mail before the application deadline to:

Important Dates
-Application Period: From now until September 7, 2026
-Shortlisted Teams Announcement: Expected between late September and early October 2026 on the YDA official website.
-Presentation Evaluation & Award Announcement: Scheduled for November 22, 2026, during the Outstanding Youth Overseas Volunteer Team Experience Sharing Conference, where shortlisted teams will give presentations and the award winners will be announced.
