課程將以「新創法律地圖」為主軸，協助學員建立創業歷程中各階段應注意之法律觀念與整體架構。課程邀請立勤國際法律事務所黃沛聲主持律師擔任講者，分享其近18年輔導新創企業之實務經驗，深入解析公司設立、股權規劃、契約管理及智慧財產等重要法律議題，協助上課學員掌握不同規劃方式對企業經營與發展之影響，建立創業所需之法務思維與風險管理能力。
一、參加對象：大專院校教職員及學生。
二、課程日期：2026年8月19日至11月25日(12:00至13:30)，原則上隔週三授課乙次，共計8次，詳細上課日期請詳附件EDM。

The forum will focus on the theme "Legal Roadmap for Startups", helping participants develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal considerations at each stage of the entrepreneurial journey. The course will be delivered by Attorney Pei-Sheng Huang, Managing Partner of Li Qin International Law Office, who will share nearly 18 years of practical experience advising startup companies. The sessions will provide in-depth discussions on key legal issues, including company formation, equity planning, contract management, and intellectual property. Participants will gain a better understanding of how different legal planning strategies affect business operations and development, while building essential legal awareness and risk management skills for entrepreneurship.
1.Eligibility: Faculty members, staff, and students of colleges and universities.
2.Course Dates: August 19 to November 25, 2026 (12:00 PM–1:30 PM). Classes will generally be held every other Wednesday for a total of eight sessions. Please refer to the attached EDM for the detailed schedule.
