一、依據高雄市政府教育局115年7月9日高市教社字第11535223301號函辦理。
二、為落實傳統民俗藝術之推廣，以學校及社區為據點，融入美勞課程，結合團體活動，獎勵師生及民眾一起從事皮（紙）影戲演出，高雄市政府教育局與高雄市立歷史博物館共同辦理「2026高雄國際偶戲節-雕光見影全國皮影戲及創意影戲創作比賽暨表演比賽」活動。
三、旨揭活動分為「創作比賽」及「表演比賽」2項。其中：
(一)創作比賽採個人報名，其中皮偶項目限國小中年級以上學生參加，其他材質項目開放國小低年級以上學生參加。每位參賽者至多可報名二類，同一時間僅可報名一項比賽。
(二)表演比賽採團體報名，其中傳統皮影項目限國小高年級以上學生組隊參加，現代紙影項目開放國小低年級以上學生組隊參加。
(三)報名時間為115年9月1日至9月11日(下午5時截止)，相關參賽資格、競賽規則及報名方式詳如附件比賽計畫。
I. This announcement is made in accordance with the directive issued by the Education Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government on July 9, 2026, under reference number 11535223301.
II. To promote the preservation and development of traditional folk art, the Education Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, in collaboration with the Kaohsiung City Museum of History, is organizing the "2026 Kaohsiung International Puppet Festival—National Shadow Puppet and Creative Shadow Puppet Creation and Performance Competition." This initiative aims to integrate shadow puppetry into art and craft curricula, foster community engagement, and encourage teachers, students, and the public to participate in shadow puppet performances.
III. The competition comprises two categories: "Creation Competition" and "Performance Competition." Details are as follows:
(1) The Creation Competition is open to individual participants. The shadow puppet category is limited to students in the upper grades of elementary school, while the other material categories are open to students in the lower grades and above. Each participant may register for a maximum of two categories, but only one competition may be entered at the same time.
(2) The Performance Competition is open to group registrations. The traditional shadow puppet category is limited to teams composed of students in the upper grades of elementary school, while the modern paper shadow puppet category is open to teams composed of students in the lower grades and above.
(3) The registration period is from September 1, 2026, to September 11, 2026 (5:00 PM deadline). For further information regarding eligibility, competition rules, and registration procedures, please refer to the attached competition plan.
