這兩天部分同仁收到電子郵件通知,提醒部分公文即將逾期;惟相關公文為去年度案件。
經查,異常原因是因為系統時鐘同步失敗,導致公文系統日期判斷異常,進而誤發舊年度公文逾期提醒郵件。電算中心目前已進行問題修正與相關檢查。
若收到此類舊年度公文逾期提醒郵件,請無須回覆或重新辦理,亦不影響原公文案件之辦理狀態。

Some staff members have recently received email notifications reminding them that certain official documents are approaching their deadlines. However, these documents pertain to cases from the previous academic year.

Upon investigation, it was found that the anomaly occurred due to a failure in the system's clock synchronization, which resulted in an incorrect date judgment within the official document system. Consequently, overdue reminders for documents from the previous academic year were mistakenly sent.

The Computer Center has already addressed the issue and conducted the necessary checks.

If you receive such overdue reminders for documents from the previous academic year, please do not reply or resubmit them, as this will not affect the status of the original document cases.
