一、國際專案管理學會（Project Management Institute, PMI）為全球最大的專案管理專業組織，PMI Taiwan為其在臺分會，長期致力於推動專案管理專業發展、人才培育及國際交流。為深化專案管理教育並建構跨校交流平台，本會成立PMI Taiwan Student Club，目前已鏈結全臺30所大專校院共同參與，透過課程、工作坊及競賽培訓等活動，培養學生專案管理、團隊協作及問題解決能力，促進學用接軌。
二、本會Student Club將於2026年7月辦理「即戰學：PM Case Competition Battle Ready Workshop」兩天即戰營，由國立臺中教育大學管理學院協辦，以專案個案競賽實戰訓練為核心。課程內容係依據本會今年補助2隊學生團隊參與國際專案管理競賽所彙整之參賽回饋規劃，課程設計引導學生強化專案規劃、問題分析、團隊協作及提案表達等能力，建立競賽經驗回饋與人才培育機制，為明年度國際競賽培育具實戰能力之參賽團隊。
三、本活動參與對象以PMI Taiwan Student Club學生為優先，並開放全臺各大專校院學生報名參加。學生可自行組隊報名，每隊3人 (至多4人)，團隊中至少需1名(含)以上的大學部學生。亦可採個人報名方式，由主辦單位協助媒合組隊，促進跨校交流與合作。完成培訓並於Demo Day成果發表表現優良之學生團隊，將優先納入本會明年度國際專案管理競賽代表團隊之培育與遴選機制。活動資訊如下：

**Project Management Institute Taiwan Student Club: Battle Ready Workshop for PM Case Competition**
The Project Management Institute (PMI) is the world's largest professional organization dedicated to project management. PMI Taiwan, as its local chapter, has long been committed to advancing the development of project management expertise, nurturing talent, and fostering international collaboration. To deepen project management education and establish a cross-institutional exchange platform, PMI Taiwan has launched the PMI Taiwan Student Club, which currently connects 30 universities and colleges across Taiwan. Through courses, workshops, and competition training, the club aims to cultivate students' project management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application.
The PMI Taiwan Student Club will host a two-day intensive workshop titled "Battle Ready: PM Case Competition Training" in July 2026, in collaboration with the College of Management at National Taichung University of Education. This workshop will focus on practical training for project management case competitions. The curriculum is designed based on feedback from two student teams supported by PMI Taiwan in international competitions this year. The program will guide participants in enhancing their project planning, problem analysis, teamwork, and presentation skills, establishing a mechanism for competition experience sharing and talent development to prepare teams for next year's international competitions.
Eligibility for this event will prioritize students from PMI Taiwan Student Club, with registration also open to students from universities and colleges across Taiwan. Participants may form teams of three to four members, with at least one undergraduate student required per team. Alternatively, individuals may register, and the organizing committee will assist in team formation to promote cross-institutional collaboration. Student teams who complete the training and demonstrate outstanding performance during the Demo Day will be prioritized for inclusion in PMI Taiwan's talent development and selection process for next year's international project management competition.
