惠請貴校(院、場)持續推動「政府文件標準格式（ODF-CNS15251）實施計畫（113-116年）」關鍵績效指標要求事宜，請查照辦理。
說明：
一、依行政院「政府文件標準格式（ODF-CNS15251）實施計畫（(113-116）年」關鍵績效指標要求，115年招標文件使用ODF格式比例須達78%以上。
二、請各單位持續推動同仁於日常業務（包含招標文件可編輯檔案、公文附件、網站、資訊系統可編輯檔案）使用ODF格式。

Kindly refer to and implement the requirements regarding the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the "Government Document Standard Format (ODF-CNS15251) Implementation Plan (113-116 Years)."
Explanation:
1. In accordance with the KPIs set forth in the Executive Yuan's "Government Document Standard Format (ODF-CNS15251) Implementation Plan (113-116 Years)," the proportion of bidding documents utilizing the ODF format must reach 78% or higher in the year 115.
2. Please continue to encourage all staff members to use the ODF format in their daily operations, including editable files for bidding documents, official document attachments, website content, and editable files within information systems.
