一、本（115）年度第2梯次數位學習課程認證，受理至8月31日（每年辦理2梯次：第1梯次為2月、第2梯次為8月）。
二、請貴校指定單一窗口，彙整校內申請案件，於申請期限內至本部遠距教學交流暨認證網(https:／／ace.moe.edu.tw)上傳認證申請資料，完成線上申請程序，並函送電子公文至國立空中大學。申請文件格式及詳細申請操作流程詳如本部遠距教學交流暨認證網站相關說明。未完成線上申請作業者，不予受理。
三、另有關本梯次受理之116學年數位學習境外學生專班「二年制專科」及「學士班」審核作業案，業已於115年1月14日以臺教資（二）字第1152700056號文函知各大專校院，有需求之學校，請逕洽國立空中大學申請。

**Announcement Regarding the Second Batch of Digital Learning Course Certification for the 115th Academic Year**
1. The second batch of digital learning course certification for the 115th academic year will be accepted until August 31. Two batches are conducted annually: the first batch in February and the second batch in August.
2. Please designate a single contact person at your institution to consolidate all internal applications. Within the application period, submit the certification application materials online via the Ministry of Education's Distance Learning Exchange and Certification Platform (https://ace.moe.edu.tw) to complete the online application process. Additionally, send an electronic official document to the National Open University. For details on the required application formats and procedures, please refer to the relevant instructions on the Ministry of Education's Distance Learning Exchange and Certification Platform. Applications that do not complete the online process will not be accepted.
3. Regarding the review process for the "Two-Year Associate Degree Program" and "Bachelor's Degree Program" for overseas students in digital learning for the 116th academic year, the relevant procedures have already been communicated to all higher education institutions via the Ministry of Education's document No. 1152700056, dated January 14, 115. Institutions with requirements are advised to contact the National Open University directly for applications.
