一、為協助中小企業培育中小企業從業人員所需專業知能，經濟部中小及新創企業署建置「中小企業網路大學校」數位學習平台（https:／／www.smelearning.org.tw/），提供多元豐富學習資源，超過600門免費線上課程及200本電子書，包含企業5管流程(生產營運、行銷顧客、人資組織、研發創新及財務金融)，並依趨勢議題開設AI人工智慧、創業基礎先修、淨零碳排等課程主題專區，作為教師教學、產學合作推動及學生自主學習之參考資源。該屬來函及平臺簡介如附件1、2。
二、請鼓勵所屬教師善加運用相關學習資源，並鼓勵師生踴躍參與課程學習，共同提升數位應用能力與AI素養。

To assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in cultivating the professional competencies required by their employees, the SMEs and Startups Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has established the "SME Online University" digital learning platform (https://www.smelearning.org.tw/). This platform provides diverse and abundant learning resources, including over 600 free online courses and 200 e-books. The courses cover the five key business processes: production and operations, marketing and customer relations, human resources and organization, research and development, and finance. Additionally, the platform features specialized course areas on trending topics such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), entrepreneurship fundamentals, and net-zero carbon emissions. These resources serve as valuable references for teacher instruction, industry-academia collaboration, and student self-directed learning. The official letter from the agency and the platform introduction are attached as Documents 1 and 2.
Please encourage your faculty members to make good use of these learning resources and motivate both teachers and students to actively participate in the courses. Together, we can enhance our digital application skills and AI literacy.
