一、依據文化部115年07月08日文影字第1153018025號函辦理。
二、暑假期間為演唱會及藝文活動旺季，亦為票券詐騙案件發生高峰期，常見透過社群平台、網路交易等方式，以低價售票、假冒票券或要求私下匯款等手法誘騙民眾，造成消費者財務損失。
三、學生族群為藝文票券詐騙高風險接觸族群，為提升學生族群之辨識能力，文化部製作追星購票防詐宣導圖卡，敬請本校各單位協助透過適當管道廣為宣導，如校內網站、電子看板、社群媒體、校務系統等，提醒學生於購買演唱會及藝文活動票券時提高警覺，避免落入詐騙陷阱，另檢附打詐宣導圖卡1份（https://short.moc.gov.tw/s/bxne6yf）請自行至雲端下載運用。

I. This announcement is issued in accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Culture, dated July 8, 2026, under Reference No. 1153018025.
II. During the summer vacation period, concerts and cultural events are in high demand, and this is also a peak time for ticket fraud incidents. Fraudsters often exploit social media platforms and online transactions to deceive the public by offering tickets at abnormally low prices, selling counterfeit tickets, or requesting private transfers. These tactics frequently result in financial losses for consumers.
III. Students are a high-risk group for encountering such ticket fraud. To enhance their ability to identify fraudulent activities, the Ministry of Culture has prepared anti-fraud promotional materials in the form of infographics. We kindly request all units within the university to assist in disseminating these materials through appropriate channels, such as the university website, electronic bulletin boards, social media platforms, and the campus management system. Please remind students to exercise caution when purchasing concert and event tickets to avoid falling victim to fraud.
