**Application Period:** From July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Applications must be submitted directly by the applicants; late submissions will not be accepted.

**Application Documents:** Please ensure that all submitted documents strictly adhere to the requirements outlined in the application guidelines. Do not submit any additional documents that are not specified, as this will help conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection, energy conservation, and carbon reduction.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be rejected without exception.
**Incomplete Submissions:** Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please carefully review all required materials before resubmitting.
