一、國立臺北護理健康大學為推動大學社會責任（USR）與落實全方位樂齡關懷，特辦理旨揭活動結合「生命故事書創作」。期透過敘事訪談，協助長者生命經驗統整，促進世代溝通與理解，並提升學生關懷與同理能力，以達世代傳承及共融之美善。
二、參賽規定：
(一)參賽資格：115學年度仍在學之本國大專校院學生，可組隊參加，每件作品至多3人掛名參賽。
(二)創作主題：以年滿65歲以上長者為訪談對象，透過敘事訪談完成生命故事書。
(三)作品規格：以A4橫式橫書，附封面、封底並酌增圖、照與簡單美編，總頁數（含封面、封底、內頁）以20頁為上限。
(四)收件日期：即日起至115年10月2日（星期五）止，以郵戳為憑。
(五)繳交方式：請將成書1本及「2026大專盃∼青銀傳承：生命故事書競賽」報名表暨文字與照片使用授權書正本1份，以掛號郵寄至：112303臺北市北投區明德路365號 國立臺北護理健康大學護理系 林專員收。
三、獎勵辦法：
(一)特優（1名）：全家禮券10,000元、獎狀1紙、成書3本。
(二)優等（2 名）：全家禮券5,000 元、獎狀1紙、成書3本。
(三)佳作（5名）：全家禮券 3,000 元、獎狀1紙、成書3本。
(四)人氣獎（1名）：全家禮券2,000 元、獎狀1紙。

**Announcement: 2026 University Cup—Intergenerational Legacy: Life Story Book Competition**
**I. Purpose of the Event**
National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences is committed to advancing the concept of University Social Responsibility (USR) and implementing comprehensive care for the elderly. To this end, we are organizing the aforementioned event, which incorporates the creation of "Life Story Books." Through narrative interviews, we aim to assist the elderly in integrating their life experiences, promote intergenerational communication and understanding, and enhance students' abilities in care and empathy, thereby achieving the beauty of intergenerational legacy and inclusiveness.
**II. Competition Regulations**
1. **Eligibility**: Students currently enrolled in Taiwanese universities and colleges during the 115 academic year are eligible to participate. Teams may be formed, with a maximum of three members per entry.
2. **Theme**: Participants are required to select an individual who is 65 years old or above as the interview subject and complete a life story book through narrative interviews.
3. **Submission Guidelines**: The book should be formatted in landscape orientation on A4-sized paper. It must include a cover and back cover, with optional illustrations, photographs, and simple design elements. The total number of pages, including the cover, back cover, and content pages, should not exceed 20 pages.
4. **Deadline for Submissions**: Submissions will be accepted from the date of this announcement until October 2, 2026 (Friday). Submissions will be considered as received on the date indicated by the postmark.
5. **Submission Method**: Please submit one completed book and one original copy of the "2026 University Cup—Intergenerational Legacy: Life Story Book Competition" registration form along with the consent form for the use of text and photographs. Mail these materials by registered post to:

**III. Awards**
1. **Special Excellence Award (1 winner)**: NT$10,000 FamilyMart gift voucher, one certificate, and three copies of the published book.
2. **Excellent Award (2 winners)**: NT$5,000 FamilyMart gift voucher, one certificate, and three copies of the published book.
3. **Merit Award (5 winners)**: NT$3,000 FamilyMart gift voucher, one certificate, and three copies of the published book.
4. **Popularity Award (1 winner)**: NT$2,000 FamilyMart gift voucher and one certificate.
