一、依據教育部115年07月02日臺教學(三)字第1152802780號函轉教育部與內政部警政署115年3月31日召開第41次定期聯繫會議決議辦理。
二、為加強防制學生涉入性影像犯罪，內政部警政署製作旨揭宣導資料，內容包含常見性影像犯罪態樣、相關法令規定及罰則等，並提醒如遇性影像遭偷拍、散布或冒用照片製作性影像等情形，應妥善保存相關證據，儘速向警察機關報案，並向性影像處理中心申請下架，以維護自身權益。
三、請本校教學與行政單位運用班會、研習宣導活動、網站、電子看板或其他適當管道，廣為宣導。

I.This announcement is issued in accordance with the resolution of the 41st Regular Liaison Meeting convened by the Ministry of Education and the National Police Agency on March 31, 1515, as referenced in the Ministry of Education is official letter dated July 2, 1515, under the number 1152802780.
II.To enhance the prevention and control of students i involvement in sexual image crimes, the National Police Agency has prepared promotional materials. These materials include common forms of sexual image crimes, relevant legal regulations, and their associated penalties. Additionally, they emphasize the importance of preserving evidence in cases of unauthorized filming, distribution, or misuse of photos to create sexual images. Individuals are advised to promptly report such incidents to the police and apply for removal through the Sexual Image Handling Center to safeguard their rights and interests.
III.All teaching and administrative units within the university are requested to utilize various appropriate channels, such as class meetings, training sessions, website postings, electronic bulletin boards, or other suitable methods, to widely promote this information.
