一、因巴威颱風可能來襲的強風大雨，請同學避免不必要的外出，留意自身安全。
二、為因應颱風可能引發之豪大雨，請各單位確實做好下列防颱準備工作：
(一)放置於陽台的盆栽及戶外走道物品請搬至室內，並清理陽台區域使排水順暢。
(二)鄰近的公共空間門窗請關好門窗防止滲水，落地門的天地鎖請務必扣上。
(三)請於下班離開前再次確認防颱準備工作是否完備，務請密切配合。
三、學生宿舍及住宿生防颱應行注意事項如下：
(一)颱風期間住宿學生，必須遵守宿舍及相關防颱之各項規定。
(二)請目前住宿同學配合完成：檢查個人寢室門窗、照明、廣播設備、陽台或氣窗等，並將個人置於室外所有物品全數收回寢室內。
(三)颱風期間相關物品準備：手電筒、電池、收音機、飲用水及食物乾糧等。
(四)颱風期間應避免進入山區、河川、海邊活動，不要至海邊觀浪並隨時注意自己的安全。

一、Due to the potential strong winds and heavy rains from Typhoon Bavi, students are advised to avoid unnecessary outings and to take care of their personal safety.
二、To prepare for the possible heavy rainfall caused by the typhoon, all units are requested to ensure the following typhoon prevention measures are properly implemented:
(一) Please move potted plants and any items on balconies or outdoor corridors indoors, and clear the balcony area to ensure smooth drainage.
(二) Ensure that doors and windows in nearby public spaces are securely closed to prevent water seepage, and make sure to lock the top and bottom locks of sliding doors.
(三) Before leaving work, please double-check that all typhoon prevention measures are complete. Your close cooperation is greatly appreciated.
三、The following are the precautions for students residing in dormitories during the typhoon:
(一) Students residing in dormitories during the typhoon must comply with all regulations and guidelines related to typhoon prevention.
(二) Please cooperate in checking your personal dormitory doors and windows, lighting, broadcasting equipment, balconies, or air windows, and ensure that all personal items placed outdoors are brought back indoors.
(三) Prepare essential items during the typhoon, such as flashlights, batteries, a radio, drinking water, and non-perishable food supplies.
(四) During the typhoon, avoid entering mountainous areas, rivers, or coastal regions. Do not go to the beach to watch the waves, and always remain vigilant about your personal safety.
