中國醫藥大學附設醫院 - 臨床試驗中心將舉辦「臨床試驗系列課程II」
說明：
一、本系列課程採用Cisco WebEx軟體進行同步線上授課。
二、課程資訊：
(一)課程日期：115年08月07日至115年12月04日。
(二)課程時間：週五下午03:10 ~ 05:00。
(三)報名網址：https://edu.cmuhctc.tw/activity，報名完成後以Cisco WeEex連線教學。
(四)參加對象：試驗主持人、研究護理師、試驗相關研究人員及有興趣瞭解臨床試驗領域者。
(五)全系列共12堂課程，「參與課程時間超過100分鐘」、「課後測驗達80分及格」及「限時完成滿意度調查」者，將核發2小時GCP學分。
(六)單堂報名費用：420元/1堂。
(七)多堂報名優惠費用：2,030元/5堂；3,200元/8堂；4,750元/12堂，報名繳款前請務必審慎確認可否出席。完成課程繳費後，若因故無法參加，恕不受理取消報名、異動、轉讓他人及退款申請。
The Clinical Trials Center of China Medical University Hospital will be hosting the "Clinical Trials Series Course II."
**Course Information:**
1. The series will be conducted via live online sessions using Cisco WebEx software.
2. Course Dates: August 7, 2026, to December 4, 2026.
3. Course Time: Fridays from 03:10 PM to 05:00 PM.

5. Target Participants: Trial investigators, research nurses, clinical trial researchers, and individuals interested in the field of clinical trials.
6. The series consists of 12 sessions. Participants who attend for more than 100 minutes, achieve a passing score of 80 in the post-course assessment, and complete the satisfaction survey within the specified timeframe will be awarded 2 hours of GCP credits.
7. Registration Fee per Session: NT$420 per session.
8. Group Registration Discounts: NT$2,030 for 5 sessions; NT$3,200 for 8 sessions; NT$4,750 for 12 sessions. Please carefully confirm your availability before registering and paying. Once the course fee is paid, no cancellations, changes, transfers to another participant, or refunds will be accepted if you are unable to attend. |
