場佈及動態表演彩排時間 8:30-12:00
活動時間(預計)：
14:00-17:00表演及攤位展示 17:00開始場復
→每個社團基本一張長桌、兩張塑膠椅
→中間位置加設看版
攤位申請：

相關社團幹部住宿申請及海報申請一併於期限內提出
請於7/31前完成填單
若有意願115-1成立社團可先填單申請，並於7/31前繳交社團成立申請資料

**115 Academic Year Student Organization Expo**
**Date:** September 3, 2027 (Thursday)
**Venue Setup and Performance Rehearsal:** 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
**Event Schedule (Estimated):**
- 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Performances and Booth Displays
- 5:00 PM onwards: Venue Restoration
**Booth Arrangements:**
- Each organization will be provided with one long table and two plastic chairs as standard equipment.
- A display board will be set up in the central area for informational purposes.

- Please submit your application form by July 31.
- Accommodation and poster application requests for relevant organization leaders should also be submitted within the deadline.
- If you intend to establish a new organization during the 115-1 semester, please complete the application form first and submit the required organization establishment documents by July 31.
