一、依115年7月1日府文源字第1150009830B號函辦理。
二、為促進國際陶瓷文化交流、拓展當代陶藝創作視野，並鼓勵國內外陶藝創作者參與交流，苗栗縣政府文化觀光局辦理「2026苗栗國際陶瓷競賽展（Miaoli International Ceramics Award，MICA 2026）」，採全球公開徵件方式辦理，並作為「2026苗栗陶藝術節」重要活動之一，期藉由競賽平臺提升臺灣陶藝創作之國際能見度，促進陶瓷藝術創作及文化交流。
三、旨揭競賽已邁入第十一屆，徵件分為「創作組」、「工藝美術組」及「新秀組」三組，公開徵求國內外陶藝創作者參與，相關徵件資格、時程、評選方式及獎勵內容詳如附件中、英文版徵件簡章。

I. This announcement is made in accordance with the Miaoli County Government's Cultural and Tourism Bureau's official letter dated July 1, 2026, under reference number 1150009830B.
II. To promote international ceramic art exchange, broaden perspectives on contemporary ceramic art creation, and encourage participation from domestic and international ceramic artists, the Miaoli County Government's Cultural and Tourism Bureau is organizing the "2026 Miaoli International Ceramics Award (MICA 2026)." This competition will be conducted through a global open call for submissions and will serve as one of the key events of the "2026 Miaoli Ceramics Art Festival." The aim is to enhance the international visibility of Taiwanese ceramic art through this competitive platform and to foster ceramic art creation and cultural exchange.
III. The competition, now in its eleventh year, is divided into three categories: "Creative Group," "Craft and Fine Arts Group," and "Newcomer Group." Submissions are invited from ceramic artists worldwide. For detailed information regarding eligibility, timelines, evaluation methods, and award details, please refer to the attached Chinese and English versions of the competition guidelines.
