 主  旨  提醒-自辦採購案件於每年7月15日截止收件Reminder - Self-organized procurement cases must be submitted by July 15th of each year.
 內  容 
依本校採購管理辦法第四條第四款規定:
配合會計年度結算作業:
1、自辦採購案件於每年7月15日截止收件。
2、校外專案補助款於計畫截止核銷前 1 個月截止收件;逾30萬元
以上之採購案,於計畫截止核銷前45日截止收件。
請各單位檢視預算執行情形,於截止期限內申請提單,以免逾期不予受理。

Pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 4 of the University Procurement Management Regulations:

To facilitate the annual accounting settlement process:

1. Self-organized procurement cases will cease accepting submissions as of July 15th of each year.
2. For external project grants, submissions will close one month prior to the deadline for reimbursement. For procurement cases exceeding NT$300,000, submissions will close 45 days prior to the reimbursement deadline.

All units are requested to review their budget execution status and submit procurement requests before the deadline to avoid any delays in processing. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.
