一、依國海院115年6月29日國研綜字第1150004135號函辦理。
二、國海院為強化我國海洋素養教學，特舉辦旨揭競賽活動，邀請各級教師及教育相關工作者組隊參加，透過團隊合作研發具教學可行性、本土化及推廣價值之海洋主題教案，引導學生從基礎認知走向行動實踐。

**Announcement: Ocean Literacy Lesson Plan Competition Organized by the National Ocean Research Institute**
The National Ocean Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") is hosting an "Ocean Literacy Lesson Plan Competition." We kindly request your assistance in announcing this event and encouraging your faculty members and educational professionals to participate enthusiastically. Please take note.
**Explanation:**
1. This announcement is made in accordance with the Institute's letter dated June 29, 2026, under reference number 1150004135.
2. To enhance ocean literacy education in Taiwan, the Institute is organizing this competition to invite teachers and educational professionals at all levels to participate in teams. The aim is to develop lesson plans on ocean-related themes that are feasible for teaching, localized, and have value for promotion, guiding students from basic understanding to practical action.
