一、本年度全國排球系際盃報名作業採球隊註冊與人員註冊報名等兩階段作業，請於本年7月20日下午5時前填妥球隊註冊表並加蓋戳章，Email回本會予承辦人黃蔓亞憑辦註冊手續。
二、人員註冊及報名作業請於本年6月30日(星期二)上午10時起至7月24日(星期五)下午5時止登上本會官網(www.ctusf.org.tw)「活動競賽報名暨管理系統」辦理報名。
三、每校每組（男生組、女生組）可報名兩隊。各分區預賽（北、中、南區）之各組別大會受理隊伍上限各為36隊。超額隊伍列為該區組別之候補，如有缺額則由註冊候補順序依序通知遞補。
四、依規定報名名額完成線上報名後應請列印報名表(統計資料、競賽報名資料)，連同運動員保證書、個人資料使用授權同意書郵寄本會始完成報名手續。
**Announcement Regarding the Registration Process for the National University Volleyball Intercollegiate Cup**
1. The registration process for the National University Volleyball Intercollegiate Cup this year consists of two stages: team registration and player registration. Please ensure that the completed team registration form, stamped with the official seal, is emailed to the organizing committee by 5:00 PM on July 20th. The contact person for this process is Huang Man-Ya.
2. For player registration and the subsequent enrollment process, please log in to the "Activity and Competition Registration and Management System" on the organizing committee's official website (www.ctusf.org.tw) between 10:00 AM on June 30th (Tuesday) and 5:00 PM on July 24th (Friday) to complete your registration.
3. Each university may register two teams for each category (men's and women's). The maximum number of teams accepted for each category in the regional preliminary rounds (Northern, Central, and Southern regions) is 36. Any teams exceeding this limit will be placed on a waiting list for their respective regional category. Should vacancies arise, the organizing committee will notify the teams on the waiting list in the order of their registration to fill the available spots.
4. After completing the online registration as per the regulations, please print the registration form (including statistical data and competition registration details), and mail it along with the athlete declaration form and the consent form for the use of personal data to the organizing committee to finalize the registration process.
