一、為鼓勵青年關注終身學習及高齡社會議題，特辦理「2026第二屆《超高齡社會的未來生活設計》短影音競賽」，期透過影像創作提升青年對超高齡社會之關注與創新思維。
二、本競賽以「終身學習」為主題，參賽作品可就代間學習、高齡職場、情緒表達、智慧科技學習、機器寵物陪伴等相關議題進行創作。
三、競賽資訊如下：
(一)參賽對象：全國大專校院學生（含研究所）。
(二)參賽方式：個人或團體報名，每隊至多5人，可投稿多件作品。
(三)作品規格：1分鐘內直式短影音，以手機拍攝為主，支援Instagram Reels格式。
(四)重要期程：
1、收件截止：2026年8月5日（星期三）下午5時。
2、結果公告：2026年8月24日（星期一）。
3、頒獎典禮：2026年9月18日（星期五）。
(五)獎勵辦法：
1、金獎：新臺幣15,000元。
2、銀獎：新臺幣10,000元。
3、銅獎：新臺幣5,000元。
4、人氣獎：第1名3,000元、第2名2,000元、第3名1,000元。

**Announcement: 2026 Second "Designing the Future of a Super-Aged Society" Short Video Competition**
**I. Purpose of the Competition**
To encourage youth to pay attention to lifelong learning and issues related to an aging society, the Tzu Chi University is organizing the "2026 Second 'Designing the Future of a Super-Aged Society' Short Video Competition." This initiative aims to enhance young people's awareness and innovative thinking regarding the challenges and opportunities of a super-aged society through video creation.
**II. Competition Theme**
The theme of this competition is "Lifelong Learning." Participants are encouraged to create videos addressing topics such as intergenerational learning, employment in an aging workforce, emotional expression, technology-driven learning, and the role of robotic pets in companionship.
**III. Competition Details**
1. **Eligibility:** Open to all undergraduate and graduate students from universities and colleges across Taiwan.
2. **Participation Method:** Entries can be submitted individually or in teams of up to five members. Multiple submissions per participant or team are allowed.
3. **Video Specifications:** Vertical short videos of up to one minute in duration, primarily shot on mobile devices. Instagram Reels format is supported.
4. **Important Dates:**
- **Submission Deadline:** August 5, 2026 (Wednesday) at 5:00 PM.
- **Results Announcement:** August 24, 2026 (Monday).
- **Award Ceremony:** September 18, 2026 (Friday).
5. **Prizes:**
- **Gold Award:** NT$15,000.
