 主  旨  115學年度「專案計畫兼任助理、臨時工約用」工讀注意事項第三次公告115 Academic Year "Project Plan Part-time Assistant, Temporary Worker Appointment" Part-time Work Guidelines Second Announcement
 內  容 
一、依據115年5月7日第三次法規諮詢小組會議決議事項辦理。
二、為使工讀契約書簽訂更臻周延,自115年8月1日起正式啟用最新版本工讀契約書,相關注意事項說明如後。
三「專案計畫兼任助理、臨時工約用契約書」:
四、在校學生及非在校學生(臨時人員)均需簽署,採一個預算編號簽一份契約書,不同預算編號不可寫在同一份契約書。
1.申請專案計畫兼任助理、臨時工讀需執行以下流程:
(1)請工讀單位將工讀人員資料建檔至該預算下,才能使用該預算支
付工讀金。
(2)需完成職安時數3小時(下載職安時數證明,格式請參照生輔組網站工讀專區,請上傳系統或寄至生輔組負責同仁信箱ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw)。
(3)契約書正本一次三份(請自行上生輔組網站下載列印,請正反面列印),需由當事人親自簽署及加蓋私章(或手印),計畫主持人需蓋職章;請勿用使用打字,另契約書不可塗改,一經塗改需蓋當事人印章。
(4)簽署完畢由計畫主持人統一送印,送印完畢需送繳一份正本至建國校區指組湯定榮同仁處,以利登錄系統及備查。
(5)契約書送繳地點:建國校區課指組:湯定榮先生。
(6)給付金額若有異動,需重新簽署契約書,以維護雙方權益。
五、115年8月1日(含)前已簽署人員,不必再另行簽訂契約書,專案計畫兼任助理、臨時工約用契約書有效期限至該契約書簽署的工作截止日止。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the resolutions adopted at the third meeting of the Regulatory Advisory Committee on May 7, 2026.

II. To ensure the completeness and rigor of the part-time work contract signing process, the latest version of the "Part-time Assistant and Temporary Staff Employment Contract" will be officially implemented starting from August 1, 2026. Relevant matters are explained as follows.

III. "Part-time Assistant and Temporary Staff Employment Contract under Special Projects":

IV. Both enrolled students and non-enrolled students (temporary personnel) are required to sign this contract. Each contract corresponds to one budget code; contracts for different budget codes must not be combined into a single document.

1. The following procedures must be followed for applications for part-time assistant and temporary work positions:
(1) The employing unit must first file the part-time worker's information under the relevant budget code before any payment of part-time wages can be made from that budget.
(2) Completion of three hours of occupational safety training is mandatory. Please download the certificate of occupational safety training hours (refer to the format provided on the Student Affairs Office's part-time work section website), and upload it to the system or email it to the responsible staff member at ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw.
(3) Three original copies of the contract (please download and print from the Student Affairs Office website; please print double-sided) must be personally signed and sealed with the individual's private stamp (or fingerprint). The project supervisor must affix their official seal. Typing is not permitted, and any alterations to the contract must be sealed by the individual concerned.
(4) After signing, the project supervisor will submit the contract for official stamping. Once completed, one original copy must be submitted to Mr. Tang Ding-Rong at the Guidance Office, Chien-Kuo Campus, for system registration and record-keeping purposes.
(5) Submission location: Guidance Office, Chien-Kuo Campus: Mr. Tang Ding-Rong.
(6) If there are any changes to the payment amount, the contract must be re-signed to safeguard the rights and interests of both parties.

V. Personnel who have already signed the contract prior to August 1, 2026 (inclusive) are not required to sign a new contract. The validity of the "Part-time Assistant and Temporary Staff Employment Contract under Special Projects" will extend until the completion date of the work specified in the contract.
