一、依據環境部115年6月22日環部授化字第1158111287號函辦理。
二、本獎項依「毒性及關注化學物質管理法」第72條及「毒性及關注化學物質運作獎勵辦法」辦理。
三、案係為鼓勵各界朝向綠色化學，如製程以低污染、低毒性、減少毒化物應用、落實危害預防管理及強化緊急應變能力，促使全民參與綠色化學推動工作，透過公開選拔及表揚績優團體及個人，讓各界學習仿效。
四、「第5屆綠色化學應用及創新獎」分為團體組及個人組，團體組包含企業、政府單位、學術機構、研究機構及民間團體；個人組包含社會人士、學校教職員工、毒化災應變人員或實際從事毒化物管理之專業技術管理人員等，參選須知及活動相關訊息皆已上網，請至綠色化學應用及創新獎網站查詢下載(https:／／topic.moenv.gov.tw/gcai)。
五、為讓各屆瞭解本獎項徵選內容、作業流程、與申請書填寫等相關事宜，環境部自115年7月6日起於全臺舉辦7場次參選說明會，歡迎各界踴躍報名參加。
六、本屆活動採線上報名，請有意參選之團體或個人，於報名截止時間前完成報名手續及申請書上傳。
I. This announcement is made in accordance with the letter No. 1158111287 issued by the Ministry of Environment on June 22, 2026.
II. This award is administered in accordance with Article 72 of the "Toxic and Hazardous Substances Management Act" and the "Reward Measures for the Operation of Toxic and Hazardous Substances."
III. The purpose of this initiative is to encourage all sectors to advance towards green chemistry, including the adoption of low-pollution and low-toxicity processes, reduction in the use of toxic substances, implementation of hazard prevention management, and enhancement of emergency response capabilities. By publicly selecting and recognizing outstanding groups and individuals, we aim to promote the participation of the general public in the advancement of green chemistry and provide a model for others to emulate.
IV. The "5th Green Chemistry Application and Innovation Award" is divided into two categories: Group Category and Individual Category. The Group Category includes enterprises, government agencies, academic institutions, research organizations, and non-governmental organizations. The Individual Category includes members of the general public, school faculty and staff, personnel involved in emergency response to toxic substance disasters, and professional technical managers who are actively engaged in the management of toxic substances. All relevant information, including the application guidelines and details about the event, is available online. V. To ensure that all interested parties understand the content of the award, the application process, and the completion of application forms, the Ministry of Environment will hold seven briefing sessions across Taiwan starting from July 6, 2026. We warmly welcome everyone to register and participate.
VI. This year is event will be conducted through an online registration process. All groups and individuals interested in participating are required to complete the registration procedures and upload their application forms before the deadline. |
