一、董氏基金會心理衛生中心長期致力於憂鬱情緒與憂鬱症教育宣導,因應台灣進入高齡化社會,長者會面臨因老化而產生的身心與社會生活改變造成的多重壓力、憂鬱情緒,甚至可能導致老年憂鬱症。自民國105年起推廣老年憂鬱防治計畫,舉辦各式宣導活動鼓勵長者培養多元興趣與紓壓習慣,樂享生活。同時鼓勵民眾透過參與關心身邊長者、預防憂鬱症。
二、為鼓勵青少年透過活動參與,關心身邊長者心理健康並增加陪伴互動的機會,本會舉辦「跨時光.限時信」照片、短文徵件活動,活動資訊如下:
(一)活動時間:即日起開始至民國115年8月16日截止收件。
(二)徵件對象:13歲以上即可參加。
(三)徵件主題:回顧「生命經驗」,無論是個人歷經淬鍊的人生故事、或是兩代人共同陪伴的美好時光…等。透過照片或短文,分享從中獲得的感受與啟發,傳遞溫暖連結與人生智慧。
(四)獎勵方式:各組首獎伍仟元禮券與頂級紓壓禮、特優貳仟元禮券與豪華紓壓禮、優選壹仟元禮券與豪華紓壓禮…等,共54個獎項,總獎勵超過15萬元。
(五)加碼活動:為鼓勵大眾重拾手寫溫情,本會與全國指定據點合作,推出限量實體明信片供民眾免費索取,凡參與短文類並符合規定者,即可參加抽獎活動。

**Announcement: "Across Time: Limited Edition Letter" Photo and Essay Contest**

**I. Background and Purpose**
The Tung Foundation Psychological Health Center has long been committed to promoting education and awareness regarding depressive emotions and depression. In response to Taiwan's aging society, the elderly often face multiple pressures arising from physical, mental, and social changes due to aging, which may lead to depressive emotions or even elderly depression. Since 2016, the Foundation has been actively promoting the Elderly Depression Prevention Program, organizing various advocacy activities to encourage the elderly to cultivate diverse interests and stress-relief habits, thereby enhancing their quality of life. We also encourage the public to participate in caring for the elderly and preventing depression.

**II. Activity Details**
To encourage youth to participate in activities that promote the mental health of the elderly and increase opportunities for companionship and interaction, the Foundation is hosting the "Across Time: Limited Edition Letter" Photo and Essay Contest. The details are as follows:

**(1) Activity Period:** Submissions will be accepted from the date of announcement until August 16, 2026.
**(2) Eligibility:** Participants must be 13 years old or above.
**(3) Submission Theme:** Reflect on "Life Experiences," whether it be personal stories of overcoming challenges or cherished moments shared between generations. Participants are invited to submit photos or short essays to share their feelings and insights, conveying warmth, connection, and life wisdom.
**(4) Prizes:** The first prize includes a NT$5,000 gift voucher and a premium stress-relief gift; the special prize includes a NT$2,000 gift voucher and a luxury stress-relief gift; the excellence prize includes a NT$1,000 gift voucher and a luxury stress-relief gift. There are a total of 54 prizes, with overall rewards exceeding NT$150,000.
**(5) Bonus Activity:** To encourage everyone to rediscover the warmth of handwritten letters, the Foundation is collaborating with designated locations nationwide to distribute limited-edition physical postcards free of charge. Participants who submit essays and meet the criteria will be eligible for a raffle.
