一、旨揭活動係為推廣本局新北不動產愛連網，並廣納使用者經驗與瞭解實務應用情形，期藉由該網站提供之各項圖資與功能，結合空間資訊或行政區域特性，激發團隊創意，以活用新北不動產愛連網之房地資訊、GIS及地理圖資。
二、參賽資格：
(一)社會組：凡中華民國滿18足歲之國民。
(二)學生組：全國高中職以上學校之在學學生。
三、報名費用：免報名費。
四、活動日期：
(一)報名暨作品徵件起訖日：即日起至115年10月20日。
(二)評選日期：預計115年11月30日前。
(三)競賽獲獎名單公告：評選完成後即行公告。
五、名次及獎金：
(一)社會組：頒發禮券與獎狀1紙
1、冠軍：新臺幣3萬元禮券與獎狀1紙。
2、亞軍：新臺幣1萬元禮券與獎狀1紙。
3、季軍：新臺幣5,000元禮券與獎狀1紙。
(二)學生組：頒發禮券與獎狀1紙
1、冠軍：新臺幣3萬元禮券與獎狀1紙。
2、亞軍：新臺幣1萬元禮券與獎狀1紙。
3、季軍：新臺幣5,000元禮券與獎狀1紙。

一、The purpose of this event is to promote the New Taipei Real Estate Information Network and to gather user experiences and understand practical applications. By utilizing the various maps and functionalities provided by the website, participants are encouraged to combine spatial information or administrative regional characteristics to stimulate team creativity and effectively utilize the real estate information, GIS, and geographic data of the New Taipei Real Estate Information Network.
二、Eligibility for Participation:
(一) General Category: Any citizen of the Republic of China who is at least 18 years old.
(二) Student Category: Current students enrolled in high schools, vocational schools, or higher education institutions nationwide.
三、Participation Fee: No participation fee is required.
四、Event Schedule:
(一) Registration and Submission Period: From today until October 20, 2026.
(二) Selection Period: Expected to be completed by November 30, 2026.
(三) Announcement of Winning Entries: To be announced immediately after the selection process is completed.
五、Prizes and Awards:
(一) General Category: Winners will receive gift certificates and one certificate of award.
1. Champion: A gift certificate worth NT$30,000 and one certificate of award.
2. Runner-up: A gift certificate worth NT$10,000 and one certificate of award.
3. Third Place: A gift certificate worth NT$5,000 and one certificate of award.
(二) Student Category: Winners will receive gift certificates and one certificate of award.
1. Champion: A gift certificate worth NT$30,000 and one certificate of award.
2. Runner-up: A gift certificate worth NT$10,000 and one certificate of award.
