一、 申請時間與對象
申請時間： 即日起至 2026年08月31日止。
申請對象： 已領取「紙本學位證書」之畢業生。
符合資格： 因113學年度兩校合併，畢業年限資格限制如下：
原慈濟大學學生： 須為 111學年度第2學期（含）以後 畢業者。
原慈濟科技大學學生： 須為 113學年度第1學期（含）以後 畢業者。
二、 申請流程（請務必依順序完成兩步驟）
【步驟 1】提供 Email（基本資料維護）
登入「學生資訊系統」→ 教務處 → iCAN系統 → 教務服務 → 學籍資訊 → 修改學生基本資料 → 填寫「學校與個人E-mail」。
【步驟 2】線上申請
登入「學生資訊系統」→ 教務處 → iCAN系統 → 教務服務 → 申請專區 → 教務櫃檯 → 申請登錄 → 點選「數位證書申請」。
三、 注意事項與收費標準
1.收費標準：
*初次申辦：免費。
*後續因遺失補發、姓名變更等原因需重新申請者，請至「教務處/註冊組/表單下載」填寫「校友成績證件申請單」提出申請，補發工本費為每份 100元。
2.學歷查驗服務：
*畢業生可自行將數位證書檔案或驗證網址提供給校外單位進行學歷查驗。
*教育部電子證書驗證系統網址 https://dcert.moe.gov.tw/upload
3.發證進度洽詢：
*送出申請後，若超過 5個工作日 仍未收到數位學位證書，請洽教務處註冊組：
*中央校區： (03)8565301 分機 11102、11103、11134、11140
*建國校區： (03)8572158 分機 22366、22318
Tzu Chi University has been participating in the Ministry of Education is “National Electronic Diploma and Site Construction Pilot Project” since the 2022 academic year.
1.Application Period: June 15, 2026 – August 31, 2026
2.Eligible Applicants: Graduates who have received their physical (paper) degree certificates
3.Qualification Criteria:
Graduates originally from Tzu Chi University must have completed their studies after the second semester of the 2022 academic year.
Graduates originally from Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology must have completed their studies after the first semester of the 2024 academic year.
4.Providing Email Addresses:
Log in to the Student Information System → Office of Academic Affairs → iCan entrance / iCAN →Services → Student Status Information → Edit Student Personal Details → Update Email Addresses.
5.Application Procedure:
Log in to the Student Information System → Office of Academic Affairs → iCan entrance / iCAN →Services → Application → Academic Affairs Forms → Application Registration → Electronic Diploma Application.
6.Verification:
Students may present either the digital file or the Ministry of Education is verification link to external institutions for academic credential validation.

9.Fees:
The initial application is free of charge.
For reissuance due to loss or a name change, please download and submit the “Tzu Chi University Alumni Transcript and Certificate Application Form” from the Registrar is Office. A reissuance fee of NT$100 will apply.
