一、為培育優秀護理人才、縮短學用落差，本院特推動本獎助金計畫，除提供在校護生實質經濟支持外，亦結合臨床實習提供完善之到職導引訓練，以達學用合一之目的。隨函檢附「臺北榮民總醫院獎助在校護理系(科)學生獎助金計畫」（115年6月8日修訂版）計畫書及相關表件供參。
二、本獎助金計畫申請辦法摘要如下：
(一)獎助對象：獎助對象： 各公私立專科學校、科技大學或大學護理(科)系在學學生（含五專四至五年級、四技三至四年級、大學三至四年級、二技一年級下學期至二年級）。
(二)在校學業成績平均80分(含)以上且各科及格、操行成績80分(含)以上或甲等、學習態度相關考評良好，經貴校護理系(科)主任推薦，並通過本院面試者。
(三)獎助金額每人每月新臺幣（以下同）壹萬元，每學期獎助陸萬元整。各學制最高累計獎助總額如下：
1、五專、四技、大學：最高可申請4個學期，合計最高貳拾肆萬元整。
2、二技學制：最高可申請3個學期，合計最高壹拾捌萬元整。
(四)獲獎助學生須與本院簽訂服務契約書，畢業後配合至本院服務，服務年限以學期為計算單位（每受領一學期獎助，應履行半年之服務義務，依此類推）。
(五)為體恤學生，受獎助學生若因特殊學制（如二技等）於畢業前即至本院報到到職者，於貴校舉辦畢業典禮當日，得依法向本院申請公假一日返校參加。
三、申請作業時程：有意願申請之優秀學生，請備妥申請表、各學期成績單正本、自傳等相關文件，由貴校彙整或由學生於115年7月25日前，以掛號郵寄至本院護理部教育訓練組（以郵戳為憑），俾利辦理後續書面審查與面試作業。

I. To cultivate outstanding nursing talent and bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, our hospital has launched this grant program. In addition to providing tangible financial support to nursing students, the program also integrates clinical internships with comprehensive on-the-job orientation training to achieve the goal of aligning academic learning with professional practice. Enclosed please find the “Taipei Veterans General Hospital Grant Program for Enrolled Nursing Students” (Revised June 8, 115) and related forms for your reference.
II. A summary of the application guidelines for this grant program is as follows:
(1) Eligibility: Current students enrolled in nursing programs at public or private junior colleges, universities of science and technology, or universities (including students in the 4th to 5th years of five-year junior college programs, the 3rd to 4th years of four-year technical college programs, the 3rd to 4th years of university programs, and from the second semester of the first year through the second year of two-year technical college programs).
(2) Applicants must have an average academic grade of 80 points or higher, have passed all courses, have a conduct grade of 80 points or higher or a “Grade A,” and demonstrate a positive attitude toward learning as evidenced by relevant evaluations. They must be recommended by the Chair of the nursing department (or program) at their institution and pass an interview conducted by this Institute.
(3) The scholarship amount is NT$10,000 per person per month (hereinafter the same), totaling NT$60,000 per semester. The maximum cumulative scholarship amount for each educational program is as follows:
1. Five-year technical college, four-year technical college, and university programs: Eligible for up to 4 semesters, with a maximum total of NT$240,000.
2. Two-year technical programs: Eligible for up to 3 semesters, with a maximum total of NT$180,000.
(4) Recipients must sign a service agreement with this hospital and commit to serving at this hospital after graduation. The service period is calculated in semesters (for each semester of funding received, the recipient must fulfill a service obligation of half a year, and so on).
(5) Out of consideration for students, recipients who, due to special academic programs (such as the two-year technical program), report for duty at this Institute prior to graduation may, on the day of their home institution is graduation ceremony, apply to this Institute for one day of official leave to return to their home institution to attend the ceremony, in accordance with applicable regulations.
III. Application Timeline: Outstanding students wishing to apply should prepare the application form, original transcripts for each semester, a personal statement, and other relevant documents. These materials should be compiled by your institution or submitted by the student via registered mail to the Education and Training Section of the Nursing Department at our hospital by July 25, 115 (as evidenced by the postmark), to facilitate subsequent written reviews and interviews.
