一、補助對象、名額及執行期程：
(一)本校現職專、兼任教師(可由二人以上所組成之教學團隊提出申請。)
(二)執行期程以學期為單位
二、徵件類別：
(一)創新與特色教學：教師發展創新教學法，強化教學原理，結合理論與實務設計課程內容及學習成效評量，提升學生學習動機及成效。
(二)教學實踐前導：教師從研究角度評析教學法之應用成效，改善或提升教師教學品質及學生學習成效之教學實踐研究。
※審核方式及相關規定※
▲▲【計畫內容】
(一)創新與特色教學：依申請書之教學現況、教學理念、教學理論、教學目標、教學策略、學習評量設計、預期應用與影響等項目進行審查。
(二)教學實踐前導：依申請書之教學現況與計畫申請動機、主題及研究目的、文獻探討、研究設計、研究步驟、預期完成成果與學生學習成效等項目進行審查。

本兩張表單需分別上傳「檔案」請老師下載格式後再填寫表單。
申請檔案可提供word檔或PDF檔，檔名請統一標註課程名稱-系所
▲▲【補助經費】
(一)已申請校內其它教學補助之課程不得再以同一門課程申請創新與特色課程。
(二)創新與特色教學每一計畫補助之金額每學期以3萬元為上限，教學實踐研究前導計畫每一計畫補助之金額每學期以7萬元為上限，經費補助項目【工讀金】以當年度勞動部公告每小時之基本薪資，【講師鐘點費、指導費、印刷費、課程教材費】核支標準依據高教深耕主冊計畫經費核支要點，不可編列設備費、餐費。請依照『慈濟大學創新與特色教學申請要點』第六條補助額度及使用規定編列。
▲▲【注意事項】
(一)申請通過之教師應於規定時間內完成核銷，一個月內繳交成果報告，有義務參加本校所舉辦之相關教學研討會或成果發表會，分享教學心得。
(二) 為鼓勵教師持續深化教學研究，並與教育部政策接軌，獲本校「教學實踐前導計畫」補助者，應於執行結束後一年內向教育部申請「教學實踐研究計畫」。
欲再次申請教學實踐研究前導計畫補助者，應檢附前次申請教育部「教學實踐研究計畫」之申請證明，方具備申請資格。
(三)工讀生需為本校在校生，並無兼任助理身份，且通過學務處辦理之工讀教育訓練，無培訓者不予核發工讀費。
(四)每名教師限提一門課程。
(五) 本要點經高教深耕計畫執行委員會通過後公告實施，修正時以最新辦法為依據。

Grant Categories
•Innovative & Featured Teaching: Focuses on developing innovative teaching methods, integrating theory with practice for course design and assessments to boost student motivation and learning outcomes.
•Teaching Practice Pilot Program: Focuses on evaluating teaching methods from a research perspective to improve teaching quality and student learning effectiveness.
Review Criteria (Project Content)
•Innovative & Featured Teaching: Evaluated on current teaching status, philosophy, theory, objectives, strategies, assessment design, and expected impact.
•Teaching Practice Pilot Program: Evaluated on current teaching status, application motivation, research topic/purpose, literature review, research design/steps, expected outcomes, and student learning effectiveness.
Important Dates
•Application Deadline: Friday, August 21, 2026, by 12:00 PM (Noon).
•Result Notification: September 14 – 18, 2026.
•Execution & Grant Period: From the date of approval to Friday, December 11, 2026.

Note: Incomplete or non-compliant applications will not be accepted.
Funding Details
•Courses already receiving other internal teaching grants cannot apply for the "Innovative & Featured Teaching" grant.
•Maximum Grant Amounts (Per Semester):
oInnovative & Featured Teaching: NT$30,000.
oTeaching Practice Pilot Program: NT$70,000.
•Approved Expenses: Student assistant wages (based on the current Ministry of Labor minimum hourly wage), guest speaker fees, advising fees, printing, and course materials (all based on the Higher Education Sprout Project guidelines).
•Excluded Expenses: Equipment and meals. (Please allocate funds according to Article 6 of the application guidelines).
Important Notes
•Obligations: Grantees must complete expense write-offs on time, submit a final report within one month of completion, and share their experiences at university teaching seminars or showcases.
•MOE Integration: Recipients of the "Teaching Practice Pilot Program" must apply for the Ministry of Education is (MOE) "Teaching Practice Research Program" within one year of project completion. Subsequent applications for this pilot program require proof of the previous MOE application.
•Student Assistants: Must be currently enrolled, hold no other concurrent assistant positions, and have completed the required training from the Office of Student Affairs.
•Limit: Each teacher may only submit one course application.
•Attachments & Updates: These guidelines are subject to the latest updates approved by the Higher Education Sprout Project Committee. Please refer to the attachments for full details.
