國家科學及技術委員會 - 為協助教育部推動玉山學者計畫延攬國際頂尖人才，自即日起，經核定通過為玉山(青年)學者，於獲聘為專任教師前，得以隨到隨審方式提出本會專題研究計畫申請，詳如說明，請查照。
一、適用對象：計畫主持人為經教育部依其補助大專校院延攬國際頂尖人才作業要點，核定通過為玉山學者(不含短期交流教研人員)或玉山青年學者，且尚不具本會作業要點第3點計畫主持人資格者(下稱學者)。
二、申請方式：以隨到隨審方式提出，參照本會作業要點第11點，申請機構輔導學者至本會網站線上製作相關文件後，將申請案送至申請機構，經申請機構審核通過後送出，並造具申請名冊及敘明相關事項函送本會申請；每名學者限提1件計畫，文件不全或不符合規定者，經限期補正且逾期未完成補正者，不予受理。
Ministry of Science and Technology - To assist the Ministry of Education in implementing the Yushan Scholar Program to attract international top-tier talent, starting from today, individuals who have been approved as Yushan (Young) Scholars may submit applications for the Ministry's Special Research Projects on a rolling basis before being appointed as full-time faculty members. Please refer to the detailed explanation provided.
1. **Eligible Applicants**: The principal investigator of the project must be an individual who has been approved as a Yushan Scholar or a Yushan Young Scholar by the Ministry of Education in accordance with the Guidelines for the Recruitment of International Top-Tier Talent in Higher Education Institutions. This does not include short-term exchange and teaching personnel. Additionally, the applicant must not yet qualify as a principal investigator under the Ministry's Guidelines for the Implementation of Special Research Projects.
2. **Application Process**: Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Following the procedures outlined in Article 11 of the Ministry's Guidelines, the applicant's institution will guide the scholar to prepare the necessary documents online via the Ministry's website. Once the application is submitted to the institution and approved, the institution will compile the application list and submit the application to the Ministry. Each scholar is limited to submitting one project proposal. Applications with incomplete or non-compliant documents will not be accepted if the required corrections are not made within the specified period. |
