一、依本校慈濟大學導師制度實施辦法，導師量化工作計分施行細則辦理。
二、提醒您到校務系統填寫114學年度導生晤談記錄，系統將於【115年7月3日】截止關閉。
三、請各位師長至校務資訊系統>>學務處>>生活輔導組>>AB表相關作業>>學生查詢AB表>>查詢>>B表填寫>>重要個別約談>>填寫。
四、感恩老師協助，有任何疑問，請洽學務處生活輔導組-分機11202。

**Notice to All Faculty Advisors**
Dear Faculty Advisors,
Please take note that the deadline for submitting records of individual student consultations for the 114 academic year is **July 3, 2026**.
1. This process is conducted in accordance with the "Implementation Regulations of the Tzu Chi University Faculty Advisor System" and the "Detailed Rules for Quantitative Work Scoring of Faculty Advisors."
2. Kindly remember to enter your records of student consultations for the 114 academic year into the university administrative system. The system will close and no further submissions will be accepted after **July 3, 2026**.
3. To proceed, please log in to the university administrative information system and follow this path:
**Academic Affairs Division >> Student Affairs Division >> Life Guidance Section >> AB Form-Related Tasks >> Student AB Form Inquiry >> Inquiry >> B Form Entry >> Important Individual Consultations >> Fill in Records.**
4. We sincerely appreciate your assistance in this matter. If you have any questions, please contact the Life Guidance Section of the Student Affairs Division at extension **11202**.
