一、隨著全球數位轉型與綠色浪潮的興起，物流產業已不再只是傳統的「倉儲與運輸」，而是演變成融合物聯網(IoT)應用、人工智慧（AI）、大數據與永續經營的「智慧供應鏈」。
二、本課程專注零售業訂單預測、倉儲自動化、即時監控、多元配送等導入AI技術的議題，以及運用IoT技術整合供應鏈出貨、提貨、補貨、轉運和物流車輛、配送訊息，進行統一倉運調度建立儲運即時決策平台；並辦理物流共和國參訪，瞭解物流中心應用倉儲機器人（AMR）減少人力、提高撿貨效率達到快速撿貨、出貨效益，棧板式自動存取系統（ASRS）如何支援零售通路多訂單、多品項多訂量之銷售特性的實務運作流程。

**Announcement: Training Course on Smart Supply Chain Management**
**I. Background**
With the rise of global digital transformation and the green movement, the logistics industry has evolved beyond traditional warehousing and transportation. It now integrates the application of the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and sustainable practices into a "smart supply chain."
**II. Course Focus**
This course focuses on the application of AI technologies in retail order forecasting, warehouse automation, real-time monitoring, and diverse delivery methods. It also explores the integration of IoT technologies to streamline supply chain operations such as shipping, receiving, replenishment, transshipment, and logistics vehicle management. Participants will learn how to establish a unified warehouse and transportation scheduling platform for real-time decision-making. Additionally, the course includes a visit to the Logistics Republic to observe the practical implementation of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) in reducing labor costs and improving picking efficiency, as well as the operation of automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) that support the characteristics of retail sales involving multiple orders, items, and quantities.

(1) **Course Dates:** August 24 (Monday) to August 25, 2026. (Registration is open from today until July 30, 2026.)
(2) **Venue:** E23 Classroom, 2nd Floor, and Computer Classroom E41, 4th Floor, Chungli Institute of Technology, as well as the Logistics Republic in Ruifang.
