一、旨揭計畫簡要資訊如下（詳如附件實施計畫）：
(一)徵稿期程：115年9月7日（星期一）至115年10月8日（星期四）止。
(二)採線上投稿方式，於115年9月7日（星期一）開放上網註冊，網址如下：https://cis.ncu.edu.tw/NsaSys/literacyArea/moral/register_index
(三)徵選類型：
1、品德教育教學活動設計類
2、品德主題故事類
3、品德主題漫畫類
4、品德主題影音類
(四)獎勵方式：凡獲選之作品，可獲相關獎勵如下：
1、品德教育教學活動設計：致贈稿費每千字新臺幣（下同）900元（每篇至多4,500元）及獎狀。
2、品德主題故事：致贈稿費每千字900元（每篇至多2,700元）及獎狀。
3、品德主題漫畫：致贈每件1,500元及獎狀。
4、品德主題影音：致贈每件10,000元及獎狀。
5、品德主題故事、漫畫及影音類獲獎作品之學校指導老師另頒給感謝狀。
6、行政獎勵：獲獎之參賽師生將另函請教育行政主管機關、學校本權責予以獎勵。
(五)報名身分資格不符、檔案格式未依規定上傳或資料不完整或不符規定者一律不納入評選。

**Announcement: Call for Submissions for the Moral Education Resource Development Project**
The following is a summary of the project details (please refer to the attached Implementation Plan for further information):
1. **Submission Period:**
Submissions will be accepted from Monday, September 7, 2026, to Thursday, October 8, 2026.
2. **Submission Method:**
Submissions must be made online. Online registration will be available starting from Monday, September 7, 2026. The registration website is as follows:

3. **Categories of Submission:**
- Moral Education Teaching Activity Design
- Moral-Themed Story Writing
- Moral-Themed Comic Creation
- Moral-Themed Audiovisual Production
4. **Rewards:**
Selected works will receive the following rewards:
- **Moral Education Teaching Activity Design:** A fee of NT$900 per 1,000 words (maximum NT$4,500 per submission) and a certificate of recognition.
- **Moral-Themed Story Writing:** A fee of NT$900 per 1,000 words (maximum NT$2,700 per submission) and a certificate of recognition.
- **Moral-Themed Comic Creation:** A fee of NT$1,500 per submission and a certificate of recognition.
- **Moral-Themed Audiovisual Production:** A fee of NT$10,000 per submission and a certificate of recognition.
- **Special Recognition for Supervising Teachers:** Supervising teachers from schools whose works are selected in the Moral-Themed Story, Comic, and Audiovisual categories will also receive a certificate of appreciation.
- **Administrative Recognition:** Winning participants will be recommended to their respective educational administrative authorities and schools for additional recognition and rewards.
5. **Eligibility and Format Requirements:**
Submissions that do not meet the eligibility criteria, fail to comply with the required file format, or lack complete documentation will not be considered for evaluation.
