一、為鼓勵並發掘創作人才，創作貼近當代生活的客語音樂，辦理「2026新竹縣客家新曲獎」、「2026新竹縣客語民謠歌詞獎」，期盼為客家文化注入豐沛的音樂活水，提升社會大眾對客語音樂聆賞之興趣。
二、旨揭活動資訊如下：
(一)新竹縣客家新曲獎
1、報名日期：自即日起至115年8月19日止（以郵戳為憑）。
2、報名方式：本案採取線上填寫報名資料後，再將紙本資料親送或以掛號寄至本局表演藝術科（地址：新竹縣竹北市縣政九路146號），信封請註明「參加2026新竹縣客家新曲獎」。
3、參賽資格：凡對客家文化或音樂創作有興趣者皆可參加。
4、決賽時間：115年10月17日（星期六）。
5、決賽地點：新竹縣政府文化局演藝廳。
6、作品規範：
(1)、須為全新創作（包含詞曲），歌詞須以客語漢字撰寫且以客語為主，其他語言不可逾全曲30%之比率。
(2)、每人參賽作品不得超過 3 件（含共同創作）
7、獎勵方式：
(1)、第一名：獎金新臺幣12萬元及獎盃 1 座。
(2)、第二名：獎金新臺幣6萬元及獎盃 1 座。
(3)、第三名：獎金新臺幣4萬元及獎盃 1 座。
(4)、前三名得獎作品將由本局錄製數位單曲，另設有「新竹客ing獎」、「最佳作詞獎」、「決賽現場人氣獎」及入圍獎金等獎項。
(二)新竹縣客家民謠歌詞獎
1、報名日期：自即日起至115年8月19日止（以郵戳為憑）
2、報名方式： 本案採取線上填寫報名資料後，再將紙本資料親送或以掛號寄至本局表演藝術科（地址：新竹縣竹北市縣政九路146號），信封請註明「參加2026新竹縣客家民謠歌詞獎」。
3、參賽資格： 凡對客家文化或音樂創作有興趣者皆可參加。
4、頒獎時間：115年10月17日（星期六）。
5、頒獎地點：新竹縣政府文化局演藝廳。
6、作品規範：
(1)、須為全新創作，且歌詞須以客語漢字撰寫。嚴禁抄襲或翻譯改作。
(2)、每人參賽作品以4件為限（含共同創作），每首歌曲限投1件。
7、獎勵方式：
(1)、《四季紅》、《月夜愁》、《望春風》、《雨夜花》4首曲目各取1名得獎者。
(2)、每名可獲得獎金1萬元及獎狀1幀。

**Announcement: 2026 Hsinchu County Hakka New Song and Folk Song Lyric Awards**
To encourage and discover creative talents, and to promote Hakka music that resonates with contemporary life, the Hsinchu County Government is organizing the "2026 Hsinchu County Hakka New Song Award" and the "2026 Hsinchu County Hakka Folk Song Lyric Award." We hope these initiatives will infuse fresh vitality into Hakka culture and enhance public interest in Hakka music.
**Event Details:**
**(1) 2026 Hsinchu County Hakka New Song Award**
1. **Registration Period:** From today until August 19, 2026 (proof of submission will be based on the postmark).
2. **Registration Method:** After completing the online registration form, please submit the printed application materials in person or by registered mail to the Performing Arts Division of this Bureau (Address: No. 146, Xianzheng 9th Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County). Please clearly indicate "Participation in the 2026 Hsinchu County Hakka New Song Award" on the envelope.
3. **Eligibility:** Open to all individuals interested in Hakka culture or music creation.
4. **Final Competition Date:** October 17, 2026 (Saturday).
5. **Venue:** Hsinchu County Government Cultural Affairs Bureau Performance Hall.
6. **Work Requirements:**
- The work must be an original creation (including lyrics and melody). Lyrics must be written in Hakka Chinese characters, with Hakka as the primary language; other languages may not exceed 30% of the total lyrics.
- Each participant may submit a maximum of three entries (including collaborative works).
7. **Awards:**
- **First Place:** NT$120,000 in prize money and a trophy.
- **Second Place:** NT$60,000 in prize money and a trophy.
- **Third Place:** NT$40,000 in prize money and a trophy.
- The top three winning works will be recorded as digital singles. Additional awards include the "Hsinchu Hakka-ing Award," "Best Lyricist Award," "Audience Choice Award at the Final," and入围獎金 (入围 prize money).
**(2) 2026 Hsinchu County Hakka Folk Song Lyric Award**
1. **Registration Period:** From today until August 19, 2026 (proof of submission will be based on the postmark).

- **Winners for Each of the Four Folk Songs:** "Four Seasons Red," "Moonlit Night of Sorrow," "Looking for Spring Breeze," and "Flower in the Rainy Night." One winner will be selected for each song.
- Each winner will receive NT$10,000 in prize money and a certificate.
