服務利他是本校的辦學特色與校風，目的旨在鼓勵學生在學期間積極參與校內外公益性服務活動，以培養濟世助人的胸襟。為能系統性推動與整合全校志工服務，本校業經衛生福利部與教育部核備為志願服務運用管理單位；依此，現為統計本校志願服務推動情形與詳實紀錄學生志願服務歷程，特此公告辦理112至114學年(含寒暑假)志願服務時數認證登錄作業，詳細作業請參閱於下說明：
一、本校學生持有【志願服務紀錄冊】者，於112至114學年度（含寒、暑假）期間參與校內外各項志願服務活動，得自行向所屬【志工服務團隊】申請志工時數證明，並檢附相關佐證資料以信件方式提供志工服務證明電子檔給服務學習組，以協助登錄服務時數。
二、此次公告以112至114學年(含寒暑假)期間之各項志願服務活動為主。
三、自108學年度開始，申請服務奉獻獎服務時數，可以志願服務紀錄冊作為服務項目之佐證資料。
四、志工領有志願服務紀錄冊，持續參與教育業務志願服務工作，連續服務年資滿2年以上者，累計服務時數達200小時以上者，經審查通過後，可申請教育業務志願服務獎勵-青學獎，申請青學獎需具學生身分。

Service and altruism are the distinctive features and ethos of our university, aiming to encourage students to actively participate in various public service activities both on and off campus during their studies, thereby cultivating a spirit of compassion and assistance. To systematically promote and integrate volunteer services across the university, our institution has been officially recognized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Education as a volunteer service management unit. In accordance with this recognition, we hereby announce the implementation of the volunteer service hour certification and registration process for the academic years 112 to 114 (including winter and summer breaks). For detailed procedures, please refer to the following explanations:
1. Students who hold a [Volunteer Service Record Book] and participate in various volunteer activities on and off campus during the academic years 112 to 114 (including winter and summer breaks) may apply for volunteer hour certificates from their respective [Volunteer Service Teams]. They should submit relevant supporting documents via email to the Service Learning Section of the Center for Teaching and Learning Resources to assist in the registration of their service hours.
2. This announcement primarily concerns all volunteer activities conducted during the academic years 112 to 114 (including winter and summer breaks).
3. Starting from the academic year 108, students may use the [Volunteer Service Record Book] as supporting documentation for their service hours when applying for the Service Dedication Award.
4.Volunteers who have a volunteer service record book, have continuously participated in educational volunteer service work, have served for more than 2 years, and have accumulated more than 200 hours of service, can apply for the Educational Volunteer Service Award - Youth Scholarship after review and approval. Applicants for the Youth Scholarship must be students.
