一、為協助青年學子掌握數位轉型趨勢，提升職場競爭力及未來就業發展優勢，桃園市政府就業職訓服務處特辦理「桃園【有頭鹿】職能訓練場－115年度培養數位新世代計畫」，結合產業發展需求與AI科技應用趨勢，規劃多元數位學習課程，培育具備未來職場所需能力之數位人才。
二、為擴大計畫效益並提供青年及早接觸數位科技與產業實務之機會，本年度特別放寬參訓資格，開放高中職三年級應屆畢業生報名參與。考量學生即將銜接大專校院或投入職場，透過本計畫可提早培養數位技能與職涯競爭力，為未來升學及就業做好準備。
三、本計畫課程內容涵蓋AI應用、數位科技、資訊技能及實務操作等多元領域，共規劃38堂免費課程，包含線上數位課程、實體專業課程及電腦實作課程等三大學習面向，協助學員循序漸進建立數位能力與實務應用基礎。
四、參與學員完成指定課程後可獲頒完課證書，並可進一步參與成果競賽。本年度競賽總獎金高達新臺幣21萬元，鼓勵青年將所學實際應用於創意提案與成果展現；另為強化學生參賽輔導機制，歡迎各校教師擔任競賽指導老師，並設有指導教師獎勵金，最高可獲新臺幣6萬元，以鼓勵師生共同投入數位創新學習。

I. To help young students keep pace with digital transformation trends, enhance their competitiveness in the workplace, and gain an edge in future career development, the Taoyuan City Government is Employment and Vocational Training Service Bureau has launched the “Taoyuan [You Tou Lu] Vocational Training Center—Year 115 Program for Cultivating the Digital Generation.” By aligning with industry development needs and trends in AI technology applications, the program offers a diverse range of digital learning courses to cultivate digital talent equipped with the skills required for the future workplace.
II. To maximize the program is impact and provide young people with early exposure to digital technology and industry practices, eligibility requirements have been specifically relaxed this year to allow third-year high school and vocational school students who are set to graduate this year to apply. Considering that these students will soon transition to higher education or enter the workforce, this program enables them to develop digital skills and career competitiveness early on, preparing them for future academic advancement and employment.
III. The program is curriculum covers diverse fields such as AI applications, digital technology, information skills, and practical operations. A total of 38 free courses have been planned, encompassing three major learning dimensions: online digital courses, in-person professional courses, and hands-on computer training. These are designed to help participants progressively build a foundation in digital competencies and practical applications.
IV. Upon completing the designated courses, participants will receive a certificate of completion and may further participate in a results competition. This year is competition offers a total prize pool of NT$210,000 to encourage young people to apply what they have learned to creative proposals and project presentations. Additionally, to strengthen the support system for student participants, teachers from all schools are welcome to serve as competition mentors. A mentor incentive grant of up to NT$60,000 is available to encourage teachers and students to engage together in digital innovation learning.
