一、依勞動部115年6月2日勞動關5字第1150142228號書函辦理。
二、勞動部考量近年大專校院之學生多有利用課餘時間及寒暑假進行打工之情事,又適逢畢業季,畢業生即將進入職場,為使各學校打工學生、應屆畢業生及職場新鮮人具備基本勞動權益知能,爰於115年編製勞動權益相關教材資料。
三、教材內容說明如下:
(一)「職場高手秘笈」手冊:內容包括「求職」、「就業」及「轉職」等不同階段之勞動權益保障資訊,手冊電子檔已置於勞動部網站(https://www.mol.gov.tw/)業務專區/勞動關係/勞動教育項下及「全民勞教e網」(https://labor-elearning.mol.gov.tw/)非影音教材/青年就業教材項下。
(二)「工讀生勞動權益與義務」等e化資料:提供求職安全、暑期打工須知等資訊,已置於台灣就業通網站(https://job.taiwanjobs.gov.tw/)之青少年打工專區。

2. The Ministry of Labor has observed that in recent years, many students at universities and colleges have taken part-time jobs during their free time and winter and summer breaks. As the graduation season approaches and graduates are about to enter the workforce, the Ministry has compiled educational materials on labor rights for the year 115 to ensure that students working part-time, recent graduates, and new entrants to the workforce are equipped with basic knowledge of their labor rights.
III. The content of the educational materials is as follows:
(1) “Workplace Expert Handbook”: This handbook includes information on the protection of labor rights and interests at different stages, such as “job hunting,” “employment,” and “changing jobs.” The electronic version of the handbook is available on the Ministry of Labor is website (https://www.mol.gov.tw/) under the “Business Services” section > “Labor Relations” > “Labor Education,” as well as on the “National Labor Education e-Network” (https:// labor-elearning.mol.gov.tw/) under “Non-Audio-Visual Materials” > “Youth Employment Materials.”
(2) Digital resources such as “Labor Rights and Obligations for Part-Time Students”: These provide information on job search safety and guidelines for summer part-time work, and are available in the “Youth Part-Time Work” section of the Taiwan Employment Portal website (https://job.taiwanjobs.gov.tw/). |
