一、為鼓勵「護理」及「長照」相關科系當年度應屆畢業生提早規劃職涯，並投入臨床醫療與長期照顧服務行列，本院特規劃本獎勵專案。
二、本專案適用對象與發放條件如下：
(一)護理相關科系：應屆畢業生，具備護理師執照並於報到後通過試用期考核，予以發放獎勵金。
(二)長照相關科系：護理、老人照顧或長期照顧相關科系應屆畢業生，可直接擔任照顧服務員；於報到後通過試用期考核，予以發放獎勵金。
三、獎勵級距依報到時間分為三階段辦理：
(一)符合資格並於115年7月15日前完成報到者，獎勵金新台幣10,000元整。
(二)符合資格並於115年8月15日前完成報到者，獎勵金新台幣8,000元整。
(三)符合資格並於115年9月15日前完成報到者，獎勵金新台幣5,000元整。
四、專案獎勵金發放方式：符合前述條件者，本專案獎勵金將於通過試用期之次月，併同當月薪資同步發放。

I. To encourage current year graduates from “nursing” and “long-term care” programs to plan their careers early and join the ranks of clinical healthcare and long-term care services, our hospital has specially established this incentive program.
II. The eligibility criteria and award conditions for this program are as follows:
(1) Nursing-related programs: Recent graduates who hold a registered nurse license and pass the probationary period evaluation after reporting for duty will receive the incentive payment.
(2) Long-term care-related programs: Recent graduates from nursing, geriatric care, or long-term care-related programs who are eligible to serve directly as care attendants will receive the incentive payment upon passing the probationary period evaluation after reporting for duty.
III. Incentive amounts are divided into three tiers based on the date of reporting for duty:
(1) Eligible individuals who complete their reporting for duty by July 15, 115 will receive an incentive of NT$10,000.
(2) Eligible individuals who complete their reporting for duty by August 15, 115 will receive an incentive of NT$8,000.
(3) Eligible candidates who complete onboarding by September 15, 115, will receive a bonus of NT$5,000.
IV. Method of Disbursement for the Special Incentive Bonus: For those who meet the aforementioned conditions, the special incentive bonus will be disbursed in the month following the successful completion of the probationary period, concurrently with that month is salary.
