***本計畫申請係以申請機構至少結合1家學研機構合作申請,由申請機構負責統籌規劃提出申請(學校為學研機構非申請端)。
**申請機構:係指依「科學園區設置管理條例」第4條規定,已完成園區公司設立登記,且財務健全之園區科學事業。
**學研機構主持人資格須符合「國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點」第3點規定。
一、依據「國家科學及技術委員會科學園區新興科技應用計畫實施要點」辦理。
二、為激勵科學事業結盟異業或學術界力量,共同從事新興技術研究發展,並促進創新技術人才培育,116年度新興科技計畫優先徵求主題如下:
(一)精準健康主題:
1、精準診斷:生物技術結合數位科技,如AI、定點檢測(POCT)、可穿戴診療設備、影像分析、液態檢體或次世代基因定序(NGS)個人化檢測、多體學分析及相關軟體開發等,應用於疾病診斷與遠距醫療。
2、精準治療:發展再生與免疫治療、標靶治療、細胞治療、基因治療、基於微生物組的創新療法等相關產品,及先進核酸藥物、胜肽或蛋白質藥物開發平臺。
3、高階醫材及照護:感測醫材關鍵技術、高階影像/診斷醫材元件、微創手術技術、複合材料技術、組織修復醫材、神經組織調節設備、精準給藥系統、智慧照護技術。
(二)智慧機械主題:
1、研發智慧製造關鍵技術與元宇宙應用,如智慧生產、AR/VR、數位孿生、感測融合、自動光學檢測AOI、先進IC設備與模組等。
2、太空關鍵機構零組件、超精密自由曲面開發。
3、開發無人機或智慧載具(無人機、無人(潛)艇、無人車等)、入軌火箭之關鍵技術模組。
(三)新世代積通光電主題(新世代半導體、先進通訊、光電、電腦及周邊):
1、先進半導體製程:垂直封裝及3D堆疊技術、新穎高效能與低功耗晶片技術、高功率散熱材料與模組、矽光子系統及先進半導體檢測技術開發。
2、先進通訊關鍵元件及設備:B5G/6G通訊、雷射光通訊與衛星接收等關鍵元件及設備開發。
3、先進資訊系統與技術:AI/大數據及無程式碼(No code)開發技術、數位轉型服務創新。
4、先進感測元件與模組、Micro LED等相關技術。
(四)其他相關主題:
1、淨零科技、綠能減碳技術設備與零組件開發。
2、分散型能源管理與先進儲能技術開發。
三、本案公開徵求期程:自即日起至115年7月31日(星期五)下午5時止(郵戳為憑),計畫執行期間分為1年期及2年期,執行起始日均以116年1月1日起算。

This program accepts applications from organizations that collaborate with at least one academic or research institution. The lead organization is responsible for coordinating and submitting the proposal (note: universities are considered academic/research institutions and are not eligible to apply as lead organizations). The eligibility criteria for principal investigators from academic/research institutions must comply with the requirements outlined in Section 3 of the "Guidelines for the National Science and Technology Council's Grant for Thematic Research Projects."
**I. This program is implemented in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Implementation of the Emerging Technology Application Program in Science Parks" by the National Science and Technology Council.**
**II. To encourage collaboration between science and technology enterprises and academic/research institutions, and to promote the research and development of emerging technologies as well as the cultivation of innovative technical talent, the following priority themes are solicited for the 116th Annual Emerging Technology Program:**
**(1) Precision Health Theme:**
1. **Precision Diagnosis:** Integration of biotechnology with digital technologies such as AI, point-of-care testing (POCT), wearable diagnostic devices, imaging analysis, personalized testing using liquid biopsy or next-generation sequencing (NGS), multi-omics analysis, and related software development, applied to disease diagnosis and telemedicine.
2. **Precision Treatment:** Development of products related to regenerative and immunotherapy, targeted therapy, cell therapy, gene therapy, and innovative therapies based on the microbiome, as well as advanced nucleic acid drug, peptide, or protein drug development platforms.
3. **Advanced Medical Devices and Care:** Key technologies in sensor-based medical devices, advanced imaging/diagnostic device components, minimally invasive surgical techniques, composite material technologies, tissue repair devices, neural tissue modulation equipment, precision drug delivery systems, and smart care technologies.
**(2) Smart Machinery Theme:**
1. **Research and Development of Smart Manufacturing Key Technologies and Metaverse Applications:** Including smart production, AR/VR, digital twins, sensor fusion, automatic optical inspection (AOI), and advanced IC equipment and modules.
2. **Key Components and Ultra-Precision Freeform Surface Development for Space Applications.**
3. **Development of Key Technology Modules for Unmanned Systems or Smart Vehicles:** Such as drones, unmanned (submersible) vessels, autonomous vehicles, and key technology modules for orbital rockets.
**(3) Next-Generation Semiconductor, Advanced Communications, Optoelectronics, Computers, and Peripherals Theme:**
1. **Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing:** Vertical packaging and 3D stacking technologies, novel high-performance and low-power chip technologies, high-power heat dissipation materials and modules, silicon photonics systems, and the development of advanced semiconductor testing technologies.
2. **Key Components and Equipment for Advanced Communications:** Including B5G/6G communications, laser optical communications, and satellite reception equipment.
3. **Advanced Information Systems and Technologies:** AI/big data and no-code development technologies, as well as innovations in digital transformation services.
4. **Advanced Sensor Components and Modules, and Related Technologies such as Micro LED.**
**(4) Other Relevant Themes:**
1. **Net-Zero Technology and Green Energy Decarbonization:** Development of equipment and components for green energy and carbon reduction technologies.
2. **Decentralized Energy Management and Advanced Energy Storage Technology Development.**
