【代公告】「115年度花蓮縣環境教育專案計畫」環境知識競賽花蓮縣縣內初賽活動
一、依據「115年度花蓮縣環境教育專案計畫」辦理。
二、旨揭活動議程如附件，惠請協助公告轉知所屬報名參加。
三、舉辦時間地點如下：
(一)時間：115年10月3日(星期六)上午8點00分至17點30分。
(二)地點：花蓮市鑄強國民小學（花蓮縣花蓮市永興路20號）。
四、報名資訊及注意事項如下：
(一)報名網址：環境部環境知識競賽網站(https://www.moenveec.com.tw/Home.aspx)
(二)報名資訊如下:
1、學校組報名：國小組、國中組、高中(職)組(含五專 1-3 年級學生)由各校自行選拔或舉薦優秀選手，於115年6月1日至 9 月 6 日，至活動網站報名並將參賽名單函文至花蓮縣環境保護局（依發文時間為準），未經學校同意私自報名者將不予受理。
2、社會組報名：社會組(含大學及五專4-5年級學生)，可由學生 及民眾自行至活動網站報名，報名時間為115年6月1日至 9 月6日，直至人數上限為止。
(三)競賽於假日舉行，請於指定時間完成報名，以維護自身參賽權益；報名時，請務必仔細確認個人資料，避免發生姓名、出生年月日或身分證字號誤植導致考生權益受損之情形。
五、配合環境部規定，縣內初賽當日，請務必攜帶參賽者附照片之身分證明文件（如身分證或健保卡），以便確認參賽者之身份，其餘各組相關規定如下:
(一)國小組、國中組、高中(職)組：請統一使用臨時學生證(附件一)
(二)社會組：有清楚相片之身分證件或健保卡。
六、本次競賽活動編列有交通費補助，將依參賽者就讀學校地理位置，計算往返車資酌額補貼（含帶隊老師）；參賽者請於報到時出示臨時學生證，帶隊老師須出示學校用印之帶隊證明方可領取補貼（每校限一名帶隊老師）。

**Announcement: Environmental Knowledge Competition – Preliminary Round in Hualien County**
**I. Purpose and Basis**
This event is organized in accordance with the "Hualien County Environmental Education Project for the 115th Academic Year."
**II. Event Schedule**
Please refer to the attached schedule for details. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating this announcement to relevant participants.
**III. Event Details**
- **Date and Time:** Saturday, October 3, 115th Academic Year, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- **Venue:** Chuqiang Elementary School, Hualien City, Hualien County (No. 20, Yongxing Road, Hualien City, Hualien County).
**IV. Registration Information and Guidelines**

- **Registration Details:**
1. **School Groups:** Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High (including vocational schools) groups (including students in grades 1-3 of five-year vocational colleges) must be nominated or selected by their respective schools. Registration should be completed on the event website between June 1 and September 6, 115th Academic Year, and the list of participants must be submitted to the Hualien County Environmental Protection Bureau (submission deadline based on the date of official notification). Applications submitted without the school's approval will not be accepted.
2. **General Public Group:** The general public group (including university students and those in grades 4-5 of five-year vocational colleges) can register directly on the event website from June 1 to September 6, 115th Academic Year, until the participant quota is reached.
**V. Important Guidelines**
- The competition will be held on a weekend. Please complete your registration within the specified timeframe to ensure your eligibility to participate.
- When registering, please carefully verify your personal information to avoid errors in your name, date of birth, or identification number, which could affect your rights as a competitor.
**VI. Compliance with Environmental Department Regulations**
On the day of the preliminary round, all participants must bring an identification document with a photo (such as an ID card or National Health Insurance card) to verify their identity. Specific requirements for each group are as follows:
- **Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High (Vocational) Groups:** Please use the temporary student ID provided (see Attachment 1).
- **General Public Group:** Bring a clear photo ID or National Health Insurance card.
**VII. Transportation Allowance**
A transportation allowance will be provided for this competition. The amount will be calculated based on the geographical location of the participants' schools (including accompanying teachers). To receive the allowance, participants must present their temporary student ID upon check-in, and accompanying teachers must present a school-issued and stamped certificate of participation (see Attachment 2). Only one accompanying teacher per school will be eligible for the allowance.
