一、旨揭活動鼓勵青年找到想幫助社會進步的議題，支持青年 學子自我探索為核心，規劃可行方案具體實踐，達到跨越想到做，連結學與用的目標。本屆競賽以「在嘉，玩出新公式」為主題，地方文化是創作養分，數位工具是實踐裝備，而創意與行動力，則是打造夢想的核心公式。

三、旨揭競賽預計辦理一場說明會：
(一)時間：115年6月23日(星期二)19時30分至21時。
(二)地點：嘉義之心城市願景館(嘉義市西區中山路524號)

The purpose of this activity is to encourage youth to identify issues that can contribute to societal progress, with a focus on supporting self-exploration among students. Participants are expected to develop feasible plans and implement them concretely, aiming to bridge the gap between ideas and actions, and to connect learning with practical application. The theme for this year's competition is "In Chiayi, Create a New Formula." Local culture serves as the inspiration for creativity, digital tools as the means for implementation, and innovation and action as the core elements to realize one's dreams.

The competition is expected to hold one orientation session:
(1) Date and Time: June 23, 2026 (Tuesday), from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
(2) Venue: Chiayi City Vision Hall (No. 524, Zhongshan Road, West District, Chiayi City).
