一、依據115年5月7日第三次法規諮詢小組會議決議事項辦理。
二、為使工讀契約書簽訂更臻周延,自115年8月1日起正式啟用最新版本工讀契約書,相關注意事項說如後。
三、校務行政工讀:
1.限在校學生使用,僅需簽訂一次,有效日期自簽訂日期起至解除本校學生身份(畢業)止。
2.申請校務行政工讀需執行以下流程:
(1)申請條件:前學期成績60分、操行成績80分、職安時數3小時(下載職安時數證明,格式請參照生輔組網站工讀專區,請上傳系統或寄至生輔組負責同仁信箱ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw)。
(2)至學生資訊系統——>點選行政——>點選工讀作業——>填寫工讀獎助申請——>儲存——>寫信給課指組湯定榮同仁(ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw)說明已填寫完畢(115學年度應徵工讀生同學都要重新填寫)。
(3)契約書正本一次二份(請自行上生輔組網站下載列印,請正反面列印),需由當事人親自簽署及加蓋私章(或手印);契約書請勿用使用打字,不可塗改,一經塗改需蓋當事人印章,簽署完畢送至生輔組統一送印。
(4)契約書送繳地點:
中央校區學務處:林雅玲小姐。
介仁校區生輔組:張金木校安。
建國校區課指組:湯定榮先生。
五、115年8月1日(含)前已簽署人員,不必再另行簽訂新契約書,在校生延用。
六、有相關問題請致電22741/11206課指組湯定榮同仁。 I. This notice is issued in accordance with the resolutions of the third meeting of the Regulations Advisory Committee held on May 7, 2026.
II. To ensure a more comprehensive process for signing part-time work contracts, the latest version of the part-time work contract will be officially implemented starting from August 1, 2026. Please refer to the following important notes.
III. Part-time work for administrative tasks on campus:
1. This opportunity is exclusively available to currently enrolled students. Each student is required to sign the contract only once, and its validity will extend from the date of signing until the termination of their student status at the university (graduation).
2. The application process for part-time administrative work is as follows:
(1) Application Criteria: Students must have a previous semester academic score of 60 points, a conduct score of 80 points, and a minimum of 3 hours of occupational safety training (please download the certificate of occupational safety training hours; the format should be referenced from the Student Affairs Division is website under the part-time work section. Please upload the document to the system or send it to the designated email address: ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw).
(2) Access the Student Information System —> Select "Administration" —> Choose "Part-time Work Operations" —> Complete the application for part-time work assistance —> Save the application —> Send an email to the Academic Affairs Division is staff member, Mr. Tang Ding-Rong (ss609@gms.tcu.edu.tw), to confirm that the application has been completed (all students applying for part-time work in the academic year 2026 must reapply).
(3) The original contract must be printed in two copies (please download and print the contract from the Student Affairs Division is website; please print both sides of the document). The contract must be personally signed by the applicant and stamped with their private seal (or thumbprint). Typing is not permitted, and any alterations to the contract must be authenticated with the applicant is private seal. Once signed, the contract should be submitted to the Student Affairs Division for unified processing and stamping.
(4) Submission Locations for the Contract:
- Central Campus, Student Affairs Office: Ms. Lin Ya-Ling.
- Jieren Campus, Student Affairs Division: Mr. Chang Chin-Mu, Safety Officer.
- Jianguo Campus, Academic Affairs Division: Mr. Tang Ding-Rong.
V. Personnel who signed the contract prior to August 1, 2026 (inclusive) are not required to sign a new contract. Current students may continue using their existing contracts.
