一、依據臺灣銀行採購部115年6月1日決標通知書辦理。
二、本部業於114年6月23日修正發布「專科以上學校產學合作實施辦法」（下稱實施辦法），第6條之1第1項第3款明定「學校應為實習學生投保校外實習團體傷害保險，並應負擔保險費用」，爰援例辦理旨揭共同供應契約，提供學校方便且優惠之投保管道。
三、考量實習期間非適用實施辦法第6條之1第2項有關「勞動基準法」規定之學生缺乏實習機構依法投保之相關保險，爰於旨案依實習課程性質（實習期間是否從事學習訓練以外之勞務提供或工作事實之）區分適用對象為「工作型實習」被保險人及「一般型實習」被保險人（詳如「實習保險內容」）；無論實習課程性質為何，學校皆須於告知學生權益後為其投保。
四、本案115學年度得標廠商為「新光產物保險股份有限公司」，適用機關下訂投保之契約期間自115年6月26日起至116年7月31日止，保險費用分為「工作型實習保險費」新臺幣（以下同）382元（每人/1年期）及「一般型實習保險費」669元（每人/1年期）；未滿1年期之計費標準請參考「實習保險內容」及「保單條款」。
五、旨揭契約相關資料將公布於行政院公共工程委員會政府電子採購網（網址：http:／／web.pcc.gov.tw）。
**Announcement Regarding the Joint Supply Contract for Off-Campus Internship Group Accident Insurance**
I. This announcement is made in accordance with the Notice of Award issued by the Procurement Division of Taiwan Bank on June 1, 2026.
II. The Ministry has amended and republished the "Guidelines for Industry-Academia Collaboration in Higher Education Institutions" on June 23, 2025. Article 6-1, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of these Guidelines stipulates that schools shall enroll internship students in off-campus internship group accident insurance and bear the insurance costs. In line with this provision, the Ministry has arranged a joint supply contract to provide schools with a convenient and cost-effective channel for insurance enrollment.
III. Considering that students participating in internships who are not covered by the provisions of Article 6-1, Paragraph 2 of the Guidelines (related to the Labor Standards Act) may lack insurance coverage provided by the internship institution, the Ministry has categorized the applicable groups based on the nature of the internship course (whether the student is engaged in labor or work activities beyond learning and training). The categories are Work-Oriented Internship and General Internship (please refer to the Internship Insurance Details for specifics). Regardless of the internship course type, schools must enroll students in insurance after informing them of their rights.
IV. For the academic year 2026, the winning insurance company for this joint supply contract is Singlife Insurance Co., Ltd. The contract period for enrollment by participating institutions runs from June 26, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The insurance fees are as follows: NT$382 per person per year for Work-Oriented Internship Insurance and NT$669 per person per year for General Internship Insurance. For periods less than one year, please refer to the Internship Insurance Details and Policy Terms for the applicable fee standards.
V. Relevant information regarding this joint supply contract will be published on the Government Electronic Procurement Website of the Public Construction Commission under the Executive Yuan (URL: http://web.pcc.gov.tw). |
