一、活動資訊如下：
(一)報名資格：16-40歲之青年，且曾參與模擬聯合國(英文委員會)。優先錄取就讀或設籍於新竹市之大專校院及高中職學生。
(二)活動地點：新竹市和選旅(地址：新竹市大學路16號)。
(三)本次研習營聚焦全球數位治理與公共政策兩大議題：
1、推動包容性數位轉型與AI治理以促進永續發展(Advancing Inclusive Digital Transformation and AI Governance for Sustainable Development）主題：引導青年探討如何透過國際合作、能力培力及政策協調，促進人工智慧與數位科技應用兼顧公平、包容及永續發展。
2、擴展電子化政府服務時保護隱私和公民自由主題(Safeguarding Privacy and Civil Liberties in the Expansion of E-Government Services）主題：聚焦電子化政府發展過程中，如何平衡行政效率、個人資料保護與公民基本權利，建立透明且值得信賴的數位治理環境。
(四)活動費用：除保證金1,000元外(全程參與後全額退還)，活動期間由本中心提供相關膳食、住宿、保險及營隊接駁。
(五)報名時間：即日起至115年8月8日止(以網路受理時間為準，特殊情形主辦單位得另行公告延長)。

**Announcement: Information on the Upcoming Summer Camp**
The following details regarding the upcoming summer camp are provided for your reference:
**1. Eligibility:**
Participants must be young individuals aged between 16 and 40 who have previously attended a Model United Nations (English Committee). Priority will be given to students enrolled in or residing in universities, colleges, and high schools located in Hsinchu City.
**2. Venue:**
The summer camp will be held at Hoxun Hotel, located at No. 16, University Road, Hsinchu City.
**3. Focus Areas:**
This year is summer camp will concentrate on two major topics: global digital governance and public policy.
- **Advancing Inclusive Digital Transformation and AI Governance for Sustainable Development:**
This session will guide participants in exploring how international cooperation, capacity building, and policy coordination can promote the application of artificial intelligence and digital technology while ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and sustainable development.
- **Safeguarding Privacy and Civil Liberties in the Expansion of E-Government Services:**
This session will focus on the development of electronic government services, emphasizing the balance between administrative efficiency, personal data protection, and the fundamental rights of citizens. The aim is to establish a transparent and trustworthy digital governance environment.
**4. Participation Fee:**
Participants are required to pay a deposit of NT$1,000, which will be fully refunded upon completion of the camp. During the camp, the center will provide meals, accommodation, insurance, and shuttle services.
**5. Registration Period:**
Registration is open from today until August 8, 2026. The deadline is based on the online registration system. In special circumstances, the organizing committee may announce an extension.
