一、為協助地方創生團隊引領文化轉譯與市場接軌，本校臺南市地方創生專案辦公室特辦理旨揭活動。本場講座聚焦兩大核心：
(一)市場洞察分析：解析當前文創消費趨勢、設計選物邏輯與消費者偏好，協助學員定位自身產品定位與市場機會點。
(二)商品企劃與開發：分享與公部門及地方合作之實務案例，說明如何將地方風土及文化資源，轉譯為具故事性與競爭力之商品。
二、活動資訊如下(詳細議程請參閱簡章)：
(一)活動時間：115年6月29日(星期一) 上午9時30分至12時。
(二)活動地點：臺南文化創意產業園區 4C長壽文創講堂 (臺南市東區北門路二段16號)。
(三)辦理方式：實體講座。

三、全程參與者，得核發公務人員研習時數3小時，需申請時數者，請於報名表單填寫身分證字號，以利辦理相關作業。
一、To assist local innovation teams in leading cultural translation and market integration, the Tainan Local Innovation Project Office of this university has specially organized the aforementioned event. This lecture focuses on two core areas:
(一) Market Insight Analysis: Analyzing current trends in cultural and creative consumption, design selection logic, and consumer preferences to help participants position their products and identify market opportunities.
(二) Product Planning and Development: Sharing practical cases of collaboration with government agencies and local communities, explaining how to translate local culture and resources into products with storytelling and competitiveness.
二、Event Information is as follows (please refer to the program for detailed agenda):
(一) Event Date: June 29, 2026 (Monday) from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
(二) Event Venue: 4C Longevity Cultural and Creative Lecture Hall, Tainan Cultural and Creative Industry Park (No. 16, North Men Road, Section 2, East District, Tainan City).

三、Participants who attend the entire event will be eligible for 3 hours of continuing education credits for civil servants. Those wishing to apply for these credits should provide their national identification number in the registration form to facilitate the relevant procedures. |
