一、為協助地方創生團隊掌握傳統農業轉型關鍵,並提升農特產品之市場競爭力,本校臺南市地方創生專案辦公室特辦理旨揭活動。本次講座聚焦兩大核心:
(一)農特產品開發策略:引領學員從市場需求出發,理解產品定位、品牌敘事、包裝設計與通路策略之整合關係,建立完整之商品開發思維。
(二)實戰案例與經驗分享:邀請具實務經驗之地方團隊,分享從原料選擇、產品打樣、品牌建立至上架銷售之歷程與關鍵決策,掌握可落地之操作方法。

(一)活動時間:115年6月29日(星期一) 下午1時30分至5時。
(二)活動地點:臺南文化創意產業園區 4C長壽文創講堂 (臺南市東區北門路二段16號)。
(三)辦理方式:實體講座。

三、全程參與者,得核發公務人員研習時數3小時,需申請時數者,請於報名表單填寫身分證字號,以利辦理相關作業。
一、To assist local innovation teams in grasping the key aspects of transforming traditional agriculture and enhancing the market competitiveness of agricultural products, the Tainan Local Innovation Project Office of our university is organizing the aforementioned event. This lecture will focus on two core areas:
(一) Strategies for Developing Agricultural Products: Guiding participants to understand the integrated relationship between product positioning, brand storytelling, packaging design, and distribution strategies, starting from market demand and establishing a comprehensive mindset for product development.
(二) Practical Case Studies and Experience Sharing: Inviting local teams with practical experience to share their journey from raw material selection, product prototyping, brand establishment to sales, including key decisions and actionable methods that can be implemented.

(一) Event Date and Time: June 29, 2026 (Monday), from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
(二) Event Venue: 4C Longevity Cultural and Creative Lecture Hall, Tainan Cultural and Creative Industry Park (No. 16, Section 2, Beimen Road, East District, Tainan City).
(三) Format: In-person lecture.

三、Participants who attend the entire event will be eligible for 3 hours of continuing education credits for civil servants. Those wishing to apply for these credits should provide their national identification number in the registration form to facilitate the relevant procedures. |
